I come to this Jamba Juice often, but today I received terrible service. I always order a medium smoothie and ask for some to be split in a kid’s cup, so that my daughter can have her own drink. Today, I ordered that same order that I always receive at this Jamba and several others, but it the medium came split into two kids cups. I asked if this was correct because it always comes in a small and a kids cup, and the dark haired girl wearing the visor said that two kids cups equals a medium. I said okay, but felt this wasn’t right. So, I looked up the jamba Jamba sizes. A medium is 24 ounces, a small is 16 ounces and a kids is 9.5 ounces. So two kids cups is only 19 ounces, not the the 24 ounces of smoothie I paid for. I then went back inside and asked for my two kids cups to be combined into a medium cup because I felt it wasn’t right. The same girl started to take the kids lids off, but as I started explaining she rudely said I will just make you a new medium. Then went to the back of the store and complained to her coworkers as I watched while she made my smoothie. She still did not split the medium partly into a kids cup and small cup, but I felt like it wasn’t going to get any better if I asked for that to happen. Read moreThe workers there were extremely unprofessional. They had a line & yet they held up the line in order to socialize with their friends. Furthermore, I had an online order which means my drink should of already been made. I waited patiently in line & when it was finally my turn I told them I had a online order and gave them my name. They said they would make it, which in itself was confusing to me since it should of already been made. Nevertheless I waited as more and more customers came in and were served before me, even though they came in after me. Finally when they remembered I was there they proceeded to get my order incorrect and then asked for my name again and after all of this, they pulled it out of a fridge. I’m a very patient person but, this was a frustrating and awful experience. I understand they are teens and that is why I did not make a scene to them, but I hope management takes care of this issue so it does not happen to someone who is less...
Read moreI would rather drive across town than coming here. I had a quick break from work, I ordered online and it said by the time I get there I should be ready. When I got there it took a few minutes for them to even acknowledge me, two of the girls were just hanging out talking ignoring me. When someone finally came over they told me it hasn’t been started yet and he will let me know when it’s ready. I was totally fine with that. But then 15 minutes went by and they were getting drinks out to people who had come in after me. I got back in line and the guy who originally helped me saw me, then runs back to the online order fridge where they keep the drinks, and grabs it out.
