Disappointing experience at this Burger King located on Ball rd and Anaheim. I went through the drive-thru to pick up a Grubhub order. After receiving my food and pulling forward, my customer asked for two ranch packets. Since I couldn't back up due to vehicles behind me, I decided to circle around and saw the manager, Luis, outside preparing to go in. I asked if he could grab the ranches for me. He requested to see the receipt, which I gladly provided. Upon reviewing it, he said the ranches would cost 25 cents each and that they don’t give them out for free. I then pulled out 50 cents and asked if he could get them for me. He refused and told me to go through the drive-thru again, which took an additional 15 minutes to reach the window and pay for the ranches. I told him he should have gone the extra mile for his customers, but he claimed he couldn’t do it for safety reasons. I guess the two ranch packets would have "exploded" if he went the extra mile. Burger King managers should read "The One Minute Manager," as some people shouldn’t be in management roles. A small decision like this could have generated more future profits for Burger King. My business is growing, and once I reach catering status, I’ll be taking my business to their competitors. Future profits lost over one small decision! Read moreThis is the worst Burger King I've ever been to In My Life. The manager right now at this location at 5:30 on Sunday September 3rd is very unaccommodating. I've gone through their drive-thru and they did not do my order accurately and I live in Garden Grove so you can so you can understand my dismay when I got home in the order was not correct. So I had to come all the way back over here and the only thing that she offered that she can do is replace the order and she said next time I need to bring the bag back with the onion ring and french fries and that's the only thing they gave me they didn't give me my chicken sandwich. So I had asked for the original order because of course the onion rings and Fries are cold now as well as a Whopper and she said she couldn't do that but offered me a dessert or a drink which is sure to be more accommodating than that. I’ve redeemed the same T-mobile Whopper coupons a couple of times before, and Always I add cheese, so I spend the $ 1.00. Multiple times employees have told me that I can choose whatever I want as long as I spend $1. The lady was VERY rude because I chose cheese for both whoppers instead of something else.
