KFC — Restaurant in Anaheim

The food was disgusting 🤢 over seasoned had too much salt and too much pepper. It was gross, couldn't even finish eating, I had to throw away one chicken tender and the potatoes were stale, old, rotten. I ordered the number 5 and it said it came with 4 tenders they only gave me 3. I didn't get the small mash potatoes. The biscuit was slightly old but still edible. I was choking down the 2 over seasoned chicken strips the tables were dirty and there was a chunk of someones hair on the seat. There were flies, flying around where the fountain drinks were. Obviously something wasn't clean or smelled rotten enough to bring flies around. The ketchup was stuck together by what I hoped was honey. This place is disgusting there was a giant poop 💩 right outside of this place. It seemed like the staff was overly friendly with each other and couldn't careless for the customers. Horrible service, I was surprised they even had any customers. This KFC needs to be closed. I paid $12 to get sick 🤢 off of this disgusting food. I looked at the menu board, and on the sign it informed the customers that the Fill Up was 30$. The Fill Up included an 8pc. original recipe and 12pc Tenders, they charged me 20$ which was fortunate for me at the time. After I got home with the food, I noticed that the 12pc Tenders weren’t included. So I went back to the store and ordered the 12pc Tenders. I told the employee that I would pay them the additional 10$ for the 12pc tenders. The employee agreed and gave me my order and a receipt. I looked at it and noticed that they charged me 11.84$ and I only got 10pc Tenders. I asked the employee about it and she responded something like this,” I charged 11$ for 9 Tenders and gave you an extra one”, I told her that she agreed to give me 12pc Tenders for 10$. Long wait with very little customers. Employees move like they are in race with snails. Watched worker prepare 4 famous bowls at one time put most ingredients in all four bowls walked away for approx. 2-3 min. Bowls where just sitting there uncovered. Then as she added the chicken she realized there wasn't enough for the fouth bowl. She proceeded to take pieces of chicken from the other 3 bowls and then just put extra cheese to cover upbthe lack of chicken. When I received my order I asked for hot sauce, salt and pepper and she seemed as if I was burdening her. As I got to my car I decided to check my bag, that's when i realized she failed to put my cookie in the meal.
