Purchased 2 chicken bowls for my elderly parents. Brown rice was not up to my parents expectations even though in the past they had no trouble with the quality. The only thing they ate was the chicken. Spoke with manager Miriam Rubio who was rude and refused to give me a refund nor a discount. She insulted me when she stated that I was a problem as soon as I walked into the door. She was unprofessional and seemed bothered by my questions when I first placed my order. When i finally told her how she was going to make it ok. She said "I'm not. Nor am I giving you a refund your parents ate all the meat. That's on them if they didn't like the rice" I then asked for her to charge the meat only then. They refunded $7.55 out of a total charge of $16.15. Something about the way they make their food. Maybe it's Pixie Dust. Maybe it's Maybelline. Maybe they learned to cook with my Mama's DNA. Irregardless... their food "tickles my fancy". I do not believe you can you can go wrong at anytime choosing to treat yourself with WABA Grill. Just do it. The only complaint I have is my buddy popped up the first day I tried WABA. Tiny portions, the owner claims to be working on portions and cleanliness and being sanitary it’s his top priority just stop with all them damn lies and do it the owner is all talk. Came here 6 months ago small portions came here today and the only thing they has changed is the little thing put your sauce got smaller still dirty still serving food with no gloves and small portions.
