I dont normally leave bad reviews but today a young worker took my order at 12:30pm .. mind you inl was waiting for a good 10 minutes for them to take my order since she had online orders. When I'm finally about to pay she tells me they don't take gift cards because they're store was broken into the day before I asked her okay can I place it as an online order. She stated no. Informed her why didn't she say anything prior to me waiting, her exact words were well I didn't know you were going to pay with a gift card. I'm sorry but customer service you should greet and inform all your customers as they walk in if your having any technical issues in taking card or gift cards prior to having them wait. Today, Feb 4, 2023, had the worst experience. Very little to no other customers in (around 3 including me). Asked for what kind of sandwich, ok got it, asked I wanted it toasted, said yes. Bread came out cold, tuna and cheese not warm at all. Worst part, my sandwich was wrapped lazily. Folded sandwich with hands and not using the knife for a clean, neat fold, and wrapped with crumpled paper. Don't know what to say to that.
