Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Anaheim

We "grew up" in the Fullerton area near one of the original Flame Broilers" began. Tonight the half and half dish chicken and meat were dry, perhaps being pre-cooked and cooked again. This is something we'd cook ourselves and are familiar with not only how we'd cook it and how the original Flame Broiler would cook it. This shop was notably empty on a Friday night at 6pm.

The inside was nice and clean. We'll not return here. We'll likely walk over to the Fullerton original place and see if the cooking has also been changed.

Talk about attitude. We had 10 minutes to spare when we got the food. I had worked a 12 hour day, I was exhausted ans hungry. I just wanted to sit down and eat. Mind you as soon as we sat down with out food the cashier (heavy set female can't remember her name) rudely came over and they were closing in 10 minutes. I ordered a half and half and only got white meat chicken, which was so overcooked, it tasted like leather and was so unpalatable even the dogs didn't want it. The veggies were raw.
