This store has the worst customer service ever. The first time I went i asked the cashier where they had their packs of coke and she said “cant you look for them”? I just decided to leave. My mom decided to give it a second try stating the cashier was maybe having a bad day. So today i we went to buy some stuff and my mom forgot to put the divider to which the cashier Erika P, or so thats the name on the receipt. Told the man infront with a rude voice “ why didnt ypu put the divider? Your making my job more difficult. The man just looked down and apologized. When the supervisor arrived to remove the mistake the cashier told her about the divider incident and instead of her saying somwthing to avoid the man feeling any worse she continued saying it was bad. Like it was not his fault. I felt bad for the man so i apologized for my moms mistake and the cashiers rudeness. I have worked in customer service all my life and this is the worst people with the ugliest attitude ever. please save yourself the bad moment and go take your business somewhere else....

Buy Low is the non-ethnic version of the popular Vietnamese Bai-Lo market which is located on Bolsa in Westminster.

I can't say with confidence that it is the same owner for both places because the information on this subject is difficult to glean from Wikipedia. Not because the info is not there, but because when I was doing research to write this review I had lost my glasses. I got the jist of it though.

The first Bai-Lo opened in Da Nang in 1996 where it was very popular with the farmers of the Mekong Delta. The store franchised and incorporated and came to the US in 2000. The only location under the original name in the US is the one on Bolsa.

In 2002 people started seeing Buy Low Markets crop-up and they connected the dots in order to make the connection between the two stores.

Buy Low is a great shop mostly due to the low prices. It is worth noting that these low prices are on the same brands you will find at Ralph's or Vons, not like some cheap off-brands, or something. The good stuff. For cheap.

Its mi favorite store I all the time buy here the price are so good the fruit meat bread grocery evrething is great that is the reason is my favorite store Buttttt I have a concern on Friday 011217om the evening around 730pm I need jam and Mexican cheese for dinner and next day I have a trip to zoo and they said to me I Dont have more jam and I already clean the machine I was very desapoitment because is early and I Dont get that ..
