Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Anaheim

Love going to this location, lower priced than some of the others and the service is kind, friendly, and professional! Love me my Tuesday specials!!! Still the best place around! Love this place! I went to this location this past Tuesday and was disappointed. The young man that took my order, for the second time now, gave me a price of a dollar more, then he must have realized that it was me and he tried that the last time he took my order and said it was a flat 29, after saying it was 30. He didn't appear like he wanted to work! He did have time to say goodbye to his friends though! I gave him two separate orders and he tried to bag them together, Ughhh! When I told him they need to be separate since they were going to two different locations, he tossed one of the orders into another bag discussedly and I told him I needed napkins he grabbed about two and tossed them into the bag. Horrible employee but I won't hold it against...

I'm giving it a four out of five because the food is excellent I love the chicken and french fries bomb as hell. but the help is kind of slow and they don't have any deals I tried to get the $20 family feast that they have on the commercials and they don't have it or they say they're not advertising it yet. And when I ordered my meal the guy tried to give me a deal with one extra piece of chicken my bill was $25 with this deal he tried to give me it would have been $21 I said sure why not then he left and ask somebody something and came back and said sorry I can't give you that deal. So that's the only issue I have their is that they don't have some of the really good deals that they advertise. But I guess on the bottom of the commercials it does say at participating locations only it just sucks cuz there's only one Popeyes Chicken in Anaheim that I know of so I just hope that the location I go to starts promoting these deals...

Since this is a new location I expected it to be packed due to the fact the workers a new at their job but regarding the management who was in charged I was very disappointed, I purchased a special which should comes with a biscuit but mines didn’t, the manager said not all locations will give a biscuit with this special, he said it was his. Discretion and that’s why he didn’t give me a biscuit, so so sad, and this was a manager, I mean it was only a biscuit, as a manager i would go above and beyond to please our customers, regardless, just because of this I will never go to this location again, I will drive an extra 5 miles to go my favorite popeyes Location.
