I come here mainly for the Harbor Freight store. I have observed a large amount of transients on the property. They sometimes camp on the sidewalk on the state college side and will sometimes congregate outside the Subway on the La Palma side. Transients are also attracted to the recycling business set up between the Subway and the Harbor Freight. Occasionally, they will walk into the Harbor Freight or Dollar Tree to steal something but that's normal since CA doesn't punish them for their crimes... Parking is available and isn't too crowded so it is fairly easy to find parking. Not a bad experience overall. I just buy what I need...
