It’s Boba Time - Anaheim — Restaurant in Anaheim

I like this place because of their various flavors. But I just asked if they could please split my smoothie into two.cups to share with my 3 year old. One guy said he'd have to go ask. Then he brought another person who i had to ask the same question to.. And she said "I can't. I'll get in trouble if i do that." So I asked if I can just have an extra plastic cup to pour it myself. She said can't do that, but they have literally split it into 2 cups for me before. So I said okay..waited for my smoothie...and then she brought me an extra cup so I can pour it myself. So unnecessary. A business that can't please their customers with something so simple is worth only 3 stars...

We’ll I've been here a lot times but there were 2 incidents that makes me upset wanting not to go back again.

One is when I bought milk tea with boba and there was no boba on it and they want ask to return to fill up the boba.

Second is last week, me and my wife decided to buy the promo buy 1 take one strawberry drink, so I assumed when you order the promo buy 1 get 1, you will automatically get 1, but what happened, was the staff say “YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THE GET 1 FREE” so I asked and the get 1 with 3/4 ice, sooo...

Boba time always has a cute shop at every location. I loved that this location had desserts. I loveee macarons. 6 for 15.00 is little pricey. I asked for a strawberry peach green tea. The drink doesn’t taste nothing like what I always order. There was no reason for mistakes since I was the only one in the store. They gave me 1 ice cube when I never asked for light ice. Drink tastes off. Still will drink it. But...
