TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order online for pick up because when my sister and I typically go to LA Michoacanas as white Latinas who don't speak Spanish, but understand most of it; we get treated with bad faces and attitude. Today was one of those experiences, even though I tried spending little time there by ordering online. Natalia G. was on the receipt as our cashier tonight 2/4/2024. She gave us attitude as soon as we tried to order two more scoops of ice cream (since I didn't see my flavor online) and I let her know I placed an order online. I gave her my name and she asked what I ordered. I let her know my order, part of it was a medium esquite and then I was charged $3 extra for an x-large esquite. Natalia stated she only had one size of corn and couldn't return our money, so we asked for a small cup of the esquite to compensate for the extra money spent she kept arguing with us she only had one size, and then eventually she finally gave us a smaller size than the one we got, so why did she say she only had one size? But we went home with two containers of different sizes. Then I asked her for a lid and she refused stating she didn't have a lid for it (it was pouring rain outside). We checked to see if the lid from the other cup fits and it did. She gave us rude faces the whole time, talked with an absolutely terrible tone and then refused us helps. Was this not a racist situation? Or is Natalia just rude??? Either way she needs to learn customer service, or just get fired for the sake of the company. No one needs to be rude to people trying to feed their family. I shop at your store so you get paid to feed your family. We are ALL equal. Why did Natalia have to be so rude? And why is it we are always treated and greeted with bad facial features when we come in to a La Michoacana; because we are light skinned? We are Latina, but that shouldn't matter. Read moreThe line is LONG and very slow which is expected to be since it is a really good place. The one thing that is unacceptable is the service. The workers there call whoever is next in line and when my spouse and I were up next to order, they completely ignored us and attended the customers behind us instead. We waited for a good 5 to 8 minutes for someone to notice us. Once we were attended, they gave us our order and we went to go pay for the food. The cashier that gave us our total was very lovely and kind, but unfortunately we never knew what her name was. After we finished paying we left the store to go eat in our car because the seating area was packed and there were no seats left. My spouse needed to use the restroom so he went back in and asked for the key to the restroom and one of the workers there denied him that request because she "hasn't seen him in the store and he needs to buy something first ". He understood the reason as to why she didn't believe him so he showed the worker his reicept and she still refused and made a big deal out of it. In the end, there needs to be better service with the customers. My spouse showed them proof of purchase and he was still denied to use the restroom until a nice lady coming out of the ladies room told...
Read moreI love this place, it’s pretty freaking awesome but I must say waiting 45 minutes to an hour when there’s only a couple customers in line is a bit ridiculous. I get that the workers have to specialize and make certain treats, but that should not keep you guys from hiring more hands to help with the overflow. The workers need to move with a sense of urgency to capitalize on all the people that want to buy these snacks. just by waiting in line I saw about three or four customers leave because they waited too long overall this place is great like I said but the customer service they need...
