McDonald's — Restaurant in Anaheim

Typically clean and well managed. Last night i was ignored for twenty minutes before anyone realized i was standing at the register moving my arms up and down like i was gearing up for take off......i almost asked one of the other customers if they could see me, in the case that i was a ghost and that i had blocked out my horribly tragic ave recent death in hopes to preserve my soul.. Then i realised that was not ideal being as i have missing teeth against me already and didn't want to contribute any more to peoples arrogant biased. Eventually i ordered my food and then had a moment of Deja vu when they left my food on the counter for ten minutes until i walked up and stood in front of it. To no end, my number was never summoned. After fifteen minutes someone asked me if i needed anything to which i replied, " yeah, another bag and about 20 minutes of my life back....maybe." They gave me a bag and yet again, i wasn't a member of the living. One would pose the argument that it may have been busy. I would say, " you know what you are totally on to something there..." Only there were maybe four people in...

This has happened to me before at this location (only at this location). On my way to work, I go thru the Drive thru and instead of giving me an UNSWEETENED iced tea, I get a sweet tea. I have to park and go inside to get a new drink.

This particular situation, I came in and had to stood at the counter waiting for someone to notice me and finally I had to say excuse me. I told the woman with very long fingernails that I ordered a sweet tea and i was supposed to get a Unsweetened tea. As she was double checking the Unsweetened tea dispenser I told her that I would rather have a Diet Coke instead. She ignored me and gave me an Unsweetened Tea and said nothing. No apology. nothing. So sorry for bothering McDonalds for asking for the correct item that I paid for!

The reason why I rather get a diet coke was last time this happened they had put sweet tea in the Unsweetened tea dispenser and ended up giving me sweet tea as the replacement.... So I did not want to take a chance of having to have to deal with that again, so I asked for a Diet...

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD FOR THIS AWFUL SERVICE . This has just happened within minutes of me writing this review. A young man with glasses attending me was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I had ordered a meal with 2 Big Mac's through the drive-thru. Upon inspection of the bag, I realized I was missing a Big Mac and went inside the restaurant and asked the young man to please give me the Big Mac I was missing since I hadn't received it in the bag through the drive thru. He was adamant that I had already received it and refused. I gave him my receipt with no avail. I had paid for TWO Big Mac's and was charged for both but I only ever received one. I hope that a manager can keep these worker's more in check than they are and the owner realizes how many bad encounters there have been recently. There are many other similar reviews to my own below. There is no reason that I should have had to fight that much for something that I paid for and didn't receive. I highly advise you fulfill your orders at a different McDonald's instead...
