These dudes deserve 6 stars. Very polite, food is always delicious, staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They deserve raises, new houses, boats, scooters, kisses and lots of hugs. Great place to eat, great place to Loiter, all around 6 out of 5 stars for these guys. Keep it up!

All these people complaining about how long it takes to make a sub... Call in, order online BE PROACTIVE. This is not McDonalds, if you want your sub in 3 minutes then go somewhere else. I am ok with them taking the time to prepare it right. Thank you...

The people working wouldn’t even be good Walmart greeter staff. Not that I care to have someone ask me how my day was or tell me to have a good day on my way out but the atmosphere was just real unfriendly and reason alone for me to not stop back. Definitely a far cry from the Eastgate location where the staff cheerfully yell out welcome to Firehouse upon entry. Also when I got back to work I found that the sandwich was just slipped together and wet. Thanks for the great lunch...

Firehouse Subs located at Anderson Town Center is a clean and presentable establishment. Service was fine while ordering. They asked if I wanted the pickle and said yes. I did not check my to-go order and it was not there. Oh well. The Italian sub was very tasty, if not a bit small compared to other sub places for the regular size.
