Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Anderson Township

I have had problems with this location. Last week I have had called them and placed an order and they were not that friendly off to start. I ordered my pizza and a 2 letter and they said that it will be ready in 40 minutes and it had been over an hour since I have placed my order. And I called them asking where the food I have paid for (almost 20 bucks worth) and they told me someone tried to get a hold of me and that they tried to call but it said that the number was disconnected not realizing that the number that was on the paper was RIGHT . and he didn't want to knock on everyone's door to find who ordered the pizza. And no one has apologized about it they just told me that they can make a new one and it will be ready in ready in 40 minutes and I told them to just give me the pizza that they have already made and my pizza was cold. And today I have called them trying to place an order and they said they don't deliver that far when I am only ONE MILE away from them and they delivered to my friend in the same apt complex. So thank you Papa Johns for the experience I have had with you. I will NOT be ordering for you anymore and I will not be recomending you to any one. Thanks...

I love Papa John's but this recent visit our order was messed up. I called and had to go back up to get the fixed pizza and got home just to find it STILL was wrong! So, we didn't get what we were supposed to get and definitely not in a timely manner! I called to speak to manager, I haven't heard back. So around $45 was spent and we didn't eat 2 pizzas at all. Why? My child is allergic to sausage and it was all over it when we said NO sausage! Second time issue! Eating was was seriously delayed and ended up having to make food at home instead. You guys really should follow up with people when you say you will. I shouldnt have to explain things 5 times either.

Other than that I will say we really like Papa johns! Great pizza etc. the only other thing I can say that could stand to change is the fact that they have increased prices too much. W e use to buy once or twice a month, but now we only order once every 4 or 5 months.

I placed an order with them, 3 items, all three were messed up. The cheese sticks were so poorly cut we ended up having to Cut them into 1 inch squares. The other thing messed up was an Italian hoagie that we ordered with an extra cup of Italian dressing. We did not get the Italian hoagie or the Italian dressing. We also ordered a steak hoagie with an only pizza sauce and cheese. We ended up receiving two steak hoagies both with extra onions. When I called the store back they seem very bothered and told me that they would not be able to fix it that night, all they could do was give me a credit towards a future purchase. I called three days later To use that credit, and they have no record of it. They told me they wouldn’t be able to do anything until the general manager came in. This is basic economics, you claim to offer X @Y price. I offered to pay Y in exchange for X. You give me X and take Y for me.
