I placed a mobile order for $17. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 frys, and 3 orders of chicken nuggets. My order was split between 2 bags, sandwiches in one bag and frys and chicken nuggets in the other. (I say this because it was clear as day an item was missing) I was missing one of the 4 piece nuggets and tried to ask the lady that brought my food out to me about it. She insisted she had put them all in the bag and I held up the bags she just gave me and told her to check because I only got 2. I tried to explain that I wasn't sure if I was missing the spicy or the regular nuggets but she walked away as I was talking. She came back with an order of spicy nuggets and I told her I think I got the spicy ones but she proceeded to talk over me and try to finish my sentance for me. Informing me that if I check my bag again I'll see I got my order the first time and now free food. I tried taking again and told her I just want what I paid for as she walks away and goes back in the store. She comes back out a minute later with a bag with 2 orders of spicy nuggets. I told her I'm trying to talk to her and she keeps talking over me. I made it clear I'm missing the plain nuggets and don't want the extra spicy nuggets. She tells me my order was correct the first time and I have plenty of food. I'm sorry I might be fat, but I'm a paying customer and she was wrong and did not give me the correct order. I wish you could have her review the video of her NOT putting the correct order in my bag. If she had been able to stop talking over me and trying to finish my sentences for me it would have been a quick fix. I mean it was chicken nuggets how are you that mean to someone because you mess up? Acting like I want free chicken nuggets because she can't count to 10 is crazy... fat people aren't always trying to get free food. I had my kids with me when she insulted me and guess what I still never got my correct order. She was focused on shaming me for her mistake instead of doing her job. Train your people to do better or hire good people...
Read moreWell since it was Lent I wanted to try their Panko breaded fish sandwich however they’re usually small so I asked about if I could buy an extra piece of fish to throw on there . So they said yes, so this was later in the evening pulled around and my almost $10 fish sandwich was ready almost immediately which I never really thought nothing about it until I got home and then once I started to eat it I could tell the one piece of fish was fresh and then the other one almost tasted like fish jerky just because it was old, called and chewy. So I called up, talk to the manager on duty and they gave me a food credit for another one so I finally went back on good Friday explain to them who I have talked to what the order was and they made it up fresh for me so overall, it was OK. I almost thought that there was too much breading and not enough fish in it, it was fresh did taste good not really quite enough tartar sauce so we had some spicy tartar sauce that I added onto it and really help set the sandwich off. It was OK but I don’t think I would order it again next Lenten season however, Wendy’s did make it right and it is still my favorite place to get fast food from just...
Read moreWent here and ordered at 9:16 PM per our receipt. Got our food at 9:33 PM. Durning this time, I started counting drive thru orders fulfilled and reached 7 - this doesn't count any prior to my counting. There were a total of 5 employees that I saw which should have been more than enough given experience at other Wendy's locations.
While waiting, my wife and I looked for a clean table to sit at and the were 3 we passed on that had either food or drink rings on them. Next I noticed several spills on the floor that I'm not sure were cleaned up, but they did have wet floor signs near them. I also noticed that the employee making the sandwiches had no form of hair net, hat, or otherwise and her hair was all over - this can be seen in the picture I'm posting.
The manager in the foreground was taking orders and paused to socialize with two positions who already ordered while others waited to order.
When I finally got my order there was no apology for the wait, but there was an offer of a free frosty. I took him up on the offer and finally received a Curt apology when he brought it...
