Subway — Restaurant in Anderson

So I ordered subway through DoorDash. The receipt shows my food correctly however my steak and cheese sandwich had a ton of banana peppers and I did not request them nor did it show it on the receipt. My girlfriend ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and it came with both the chicken and the bacon freezing cold. Like not cool because of the .5 mile drive but almost frozen (outside temp is over 100 degrees). The reason for 1 Star is not just because this was the most disappointing subway sandwich I have ever had but because at the bottom of the receipt it says. “Lettuce know how we did today at global.subway.com and we’ll send you a sweet offer.” If you go to this website it is a scam of a “sweepstakes” entry thing that tries to get you to take surveys and enter personal information to be spammed. Shame on subway as a whole for going to such low levels and not even letting you tell them...

That's twice in a row now that I've gone to this subway and they got my sandwich blatantly wrong. This time the manager was even on duty and she still let it slide. The first time i ordered a chicken bacon ranch with lettuce and American cheese, I received chicken and ranch on bread. And it took took nearly an hour from the time I got into the drive thru to recieving my sandwich, with no one in line or in lobby. This last time just today I ordered a turkey with veggies and they forgot 1 of them, and gave me a heaping pile of onions. Cheese squished in the corner. My recent experience at the Anderson subway on McMurray Drive wasn’t good. I’ve lived in Anderson. My whole life, I gave been eating at Subway since The day opened. With the recent switch of ownership, I noticed the change in the quality of food and service as well. Lettuce my sandwich was old, And the tomato was old. They left it out all night and then served it again the next day. If you still want a good quality, going to subway in Walmart. The lady that was working with an older lady who is very impolite. Not even sure how this has almost 4 stars. Must be an old preview if I could, I would give it zero stars. It was definitely dirty. The windows hadn’t been cleaned the bathroom was disgusting!
