Gong Cha — Restaurant in Andover

Was excited when Gong Cha opened in Andover, but it’s been nothing but a letdown. Most other locations I’ve been to crank out my orders in under a minute, or at most two. Here, I’m stuck waiting up to 10 minutes—even when the place is nearly empty. On top of that, certain staff members I dealt with aren’t great at listening. New shop, young staff, whatever.
