Nestled in the heart of Andover, Karma Asian Fusion is more than just a restaurant; it’s a culinary escape that caters to food lovers with a flair for the exotic. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an inviting atmosphere that promises an unforgettable dining experience. The warm, ambient lighting and contemporary Asian decor set the stage for a meal that tantalizes the senses. One of the first things that struck me was their commitment to guest safety; they proudly announce that they will separate your food if you have allergies, making it a worry-free dining haven for everyone. Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the Peking duck. The moment it arrived at our table, I was captivated by its golden, crispy skin, glistening under the soft lights. The aroma was intoxicating, a perfect blend of savory and sweet that had my mouth watering in anticipation. Each slice was a revelation—tender meat with that delightful crunch of skin, perfectly complemented by the hoisin sauce and fluffy pancakes. The presentation was nothing short of artful, making it as visually appealing as it was delicious. The overall vibe at Karma is incredibly welcoming. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles that immediately made us feel at home. It’s that kind of warmth that turns a good meal into a memorable experience. I found myself relaxed, chatting easily with my guests as we savored each dish. The energy in the restaurant was infectious, with laughter and clinking glasses creating a joyful ambiance. Speaking of staff, I must highlight the attentiveness we experienced. Even when one of my friends had a minor accident with a spilled fried rice—yes, it happens!—the servers handled it with grace and professionalism. They quickly cleaned up the mess, offered us a chance to move tables, and even gifted us a full sushi roll on the house! It's those little touches that truly set Karma apart. As for my meal, I opted for the Mongolian beef, beef fried rice, and pork fried rice. The Mongolian beef was nearly the best I’ve ever had—rich and savory, though I wished it had a bit more spice to elevate the flavor. The fried rice portions were generous, ample enough for sharing, and both the beef and pork varieties were absolutely excellent. My guests raved about their fire-seared salmon and sushi, which was fresh and artfully crafted. In conclusion, if you’re hunting for a spot that delivers on flavor and atmosphere, Karma Asian Fusion is a must-visit. With reasonable prices and a menu that appeals to couples, families, and food enthusiasts alike, you’ll walk away satisfied and eager to return. So why not treat yourself? Head over to Karma Asian Fusion and embark on a delightful culinary adventure—you won’t regret it!

From the moment I stepped into this Asian restaurant, I knew I was in for a memorable dining experience. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between modern elegance and cultural charm, with warm lighting, beautiful décor, and a welcoming energy that made me feel instantly comfortable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, which set the tone for the evening. I started with the Calamari appetizer, and it was an absolute delight. Lightly battered and perfectly fried, the calamari was golden and crispy on the outside while remaining tender and flavorful inside. The seasoning was subtle yet elevated, allowing the natural sweetness of the calamari to shine through. Paired with a tangy dipping sauce, it was the kind of starter that awakens the palate and leaves you eager for the next course. For the main event, I couldn’t resist the Grand Sushi Platter, and it exceeded all expectations. Each piece of sushi was a masterpiece—fresh, vibrant, and expertly prepared. The fish melted in the mouth, and the rice was perfectly seasoned and balanced. The presentation was stunning, almost too beautiful to eat, but every bite confirmed the artistry and quality behind the dish. It truly felt like a celebration of Japanese culinary tradition with a modern twist. To round out the meal, I enjoyed the Peapod Stir Fry. Crisp, fresh, and full of flavor, the peapods were cooked to perfection—bright green, tender yet still with a satisfying crunch. The stir fry sauce was savory with just the right hint of sweetness, enhancing the natural freshness of the vegetables. It was a simple dish, yet executed so well that it stood out as a star on its own. Overall, this restaurant is a gem for anyone seeking authentic Asian cuisine with top-notch quality and service. Every dish showcased freshness, creativity, and care. I can’t wait to return and explore even more of the menu.

I keep coming back for two things: the Karma Three Layer and Tuna Tacos. Both are phenomenal (sorry, I always eat them too fast to snap a photo!). The sushi overall is fresh and well-made. However, the fusion-style Chinese dishes don’t hit the mark for me—I prefer more traditional flavors. What really threw me off today was the state of the menus. We were handed two physical menus, and both were soaked. Pages were stuck together, and when I pried them apart, they were wet, sticky, and gave off a sour smell. It was genuinely nauseating and killed my appetite before the food even arrived. I’ve also noticed on multiple visits that there are often several waitresses standing around chatting or on their phones, while basic cleanliness like wiping down menus is neglected. Maybe I keep showing up at off-hours, but it’s a recurring issue. The food, especially that Karma Three Layer, is exceptional, but the front-of-house hygiene and professionalism need serious work. Honestly torn about whether I’ll return. What a shame.

We went there tonight for dinner to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Everything went well except that when we almost done, my husband and I are also eat some sands with the dish called Sautéed oriental pea pod stems. It’s very uncomfortable, I believe they didn’t clean the vegetable properly. So we decided to tell the server to let them know. The girl who are taking care of us is nice, she feels sorry and said she will ask if the manager could refund for us. We didn’t expect the refund, but we think at least they should say sorry to us. But after a few minutes, the girl said the manage thought we almost done our dish, so they can’t refund me. It makes me feel like I am purposely to eat all the dish and then don’t want pay for it. So I said can I talk to the manager? And again, after a few minuets, the lady name VIVIAN, came to my desk, with no smile at all, said directly that they can refund the dish. I said, it’s fine, but do you think that you should say sorry to the customer that just eat the sands, and feel very uncomfortable? She looks like she was very innocent, and ask us, does anybody say sorry to us? I mean as the manager, should she be responsible for this? Is it hard for her to say sorry to the customer? I have nothing to say. Just left . Will never visit Karma again....
