Casey's — Restaurant in Ankeny

Absolutely fed up with your lack of service this evening at the South Ankeny boulevard this evening. I went in because I had a coupon for a free pizza (that had to be used today) I went in and placed my order, the guy behind the counter said it would be a half hour and took my coupon. I came back a half hour later and the guy said he hadn't even started my pizza and didn't even know how to make it. He told me sorry and to come back in a little bit. Another 45 min goes by and I go back and the guy is just sitting there drinking pop not making any pizzas. He said he hadn't gotten to anyones pizza and didn't have a time when we could pick up our pizza. I ended up leaving very frustrated, without my pizza...

Tired of ordering pizza from This location and then messing up the pizza like tonight!!! No explanation as to why she couldn't make a pizza half sausage half cheese. How hard can it be lady??? I order from all other pizza places but this girl clearly couldn't do it and then cutting it was another issue. She says well you get 6 pieces of each and I said yeah but look at the size of sausage compared to how huge the cheese are?? She replied sorry i can't add no more meat lol she clearly didn't get it WHAT A MORON!!! POOR CUSTOMER...

The Casey’s app is the worst anyone could ever hope to use.. I always order at the Carney location.. wanted to use points so, used app.. even though I clearly selected my normal location..
