This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I goto in the area as it being the closest. That said, being the only one in the area you’d expect them to actually try to make the best they can. However this is not the case. More often than not I find myself receiving rude service and poor coffee. Just earlier today I got a medium cold brew for my wife and I and it seemed that they forgot to add the flavor I requested. They had it written on the cup just forgot to add it. No biggy I’ll just request them to remake it. And so I did and offered to return the mistaken coffees to let them know it was no scam. I was informed due to covid they can’t accept the wronged coffees. So I get to the window after reordering and they showed me 2 large coffees and if anyone know a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee has certain amounts of each ingredient in the coffee. I asked for a medium 3/3/3 ratio. They made the largest with the 3/3/3 ratio meant for a medium coffee. I knew this wasn’t going to taste good either so I politely pointed it out and the cashier had the audacity to say “well it’s free so...”. Does she not understand why the coffees were bad in the first place and does she not know how coffees are made?? Like it’s not about free or not (technically not free as I am not consuming the original coffees) it’s about wanting a good coffee to tie the loose ends in my day. Please let me know if this attitude is to “karen” or am I right?

I had to change my order 3 different times because they didn't have what I wanted . No orange juice . No bun for the chicken sandwich . No donuts . No large hash brown ? Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes . The lady came out gave us our food didn't say one word after we said thank you (or before) my hash browns were not in the bag that I ordered I go inside to get my hash browns . The floor behind the counter is disgusting. Only one lady was wearing gloves (the one operating the oven) she asked the girl to bag up my hash browns (the girl bagging is one with no gloves) she scooped my hash browns in holder with no gloves . She goes to grab a to go bag drops it on the floor goes to pick it up while my food is still in her hand realizes she's making a mistake stops right before she can grab it grabs a new Togo bag dumps my hash browns in the bag hands it to me again without saying a word . I go outside throw the hash browns away since she touched them . Go to eat the remainder of my food . The chicken was soggy like it just got warmed up in the microwave and the cheese was ice cold . My sausage egg and cheese croissant was half off the croissant and the sausage was cold in the middle . My receipt show the cashier was "manager m" on register 5. Read moreI've never been inside a Dunkin Donuts early in the morning until today. This was my experience. They appear to be efficient and well organized with the staff working as fast as they can to service everyone in the drive-thru and the lobby. Things were moving so fast inside this store it was like watching an adventure movie. I stood in line for around 5 minutes, listening to conversations between 2 old retired men and young girls talking about how much they like that girl that just left. You have to be quick on your feet to stay out of the way while you wait for your order since the area is small and people are slipping by you to grab straws, napkins, and toss items in the trash. Here is what Dunkin can do improve - when my order number was called I was handed my wrap but my coffee wasn't present. When I stated there was a coffee with this order the employee responded, 'I have no idea, that's them over there'. I stood and waited for my order number to be called again. Someone yelled 'small iced caramel swirl'. I'm not a coffee shop guy and this order was not for me. In the time I placed my order and the time it was ready I forgot exactly what I ordered and was confused if the caramel swirl thing was for me. I asked if it was part of order #28, and after the employee examined the label and she determined it was, and I was finally on my way. The moral of this story? Use...
