Coffee is okay, but IMO service is just as important as product. ...I ordered a mocha with whipped cream and got a vanilla something with no whipped cream. I went back up to my fiance's room (who needs 24 hour monitoring so I couldn't get back down to the coffee shop for 2 hours). Tried calling, straight to voicemail, no call back. Went down there, politely told them what I ordered and what I got. She had me open the lid to show her then said 'it must have been rang in as a white mocha' and walked away. Made someone else's coffee, then mine. I asked for whipped cream. She said 'just make sure to let them know what you want. I can't see what you ordered because it's been so long'. I said I did and told her why I couldn't come down sooner. She said 'it's okay'. I said I know it's okay, I didn't do anything wrong. She started to argue so I walked away. We have been visiting this location for years and mainly use this one because of their drive thru (as we live in middle of 3 locations). We placed an order for specific "premium bagels" ($3 a bagel which is expensive but the kids love them) which we did not get or get comparable substitutions for. We intentionally ordered everything bagels to be placed in a bag on the side, but they put 2 in our Dozen and 2 on the side, with 2 other bagels in with the side everything bagels. So all the bagels tasted like onion. Majority of what we selected bagel wise was not what was in the order except the chocolate chip and everything bagels. The drive thru was shut down. The quality of the location has been going down for a few years now and we will most likely be using other bagel services or another location...

Since this location is part of the cafeteria in the hospital, I was nearby for about a week. Had great experience as someone who never been to Einstein Bro Bagels.
Loved this place so much that I went back for their coffee one last time before leaving the hospital, but ended up getting charged for a full price when I had a refill cup. Told them should be the refill price but they replied saying my cup was not their brand.. I know it's not much in cost but I've been using refill cups for years and this is the 1st time this kind of thing happened.. there goes my 5 stars...
