Their burrito is not burrito; it's a small enchilada, which saves them money. Not cool. The guacamole is made using a food processor instead of freshly made while mashing it lightly. Sandra, a floor manager, is rude, immature, insensitive, and argumentative. She needs to be coached. Too young and soon for her to be a manager now. Nice atmosphere. Fair prices. Most plates are ok but the quantity is less now than it was last year. I would prefer to pay a buck more per plate, but get more food. Freddie Ponos, the General Manager, is a piece of work and extremely disrespectful. He and his staff call complaining customers "arrogant." Very disrespectful. And the David Corona, the owner, doesn't care at all. I left him a few messages with Panos, but he never called. His silence and inaction enable and embolden them too. He's offered not even one time to unhappy guests in response to hundred of negative online reviews even a free glass of water, let alone make it up to them. He wants our money to support him and his family and to enrich himself, but he isn't willing to man up to make it up to us when his own staff do things wrong and even after label is arrogant just to justify their own incompetence and poor service and foor. That's sheer arrogance and foolishness. Not nice. In all his responses to the reviews he writes he's sorry and asks us all to go back and give him a try. If you're sincere, offer a free desert or appetizer as a sign of good gesture. You should also fire your arrogant GM and whoever disrespect your guests. That's how things work in the U.S.: real hospitality and sincere attitude on serving guests. Overall it's not worth going to this place at all when things are so poorly run. Don't go if you want a caring and nice staff and manager and consistent food. I hope the above problems are attended to and fixed. The solution is to not support this place until either the owner sells to someone caring or Mr. Corona wakes up. Where's my...

I don’t know where to start; the ketchup salsa, watered down $10 margaritas with 60% ice, to the cold cheese dip or the swinging door to the kitchen that just keeps pounding and pounding!

The salsa tastes as if they lost the recipe and added ketchup to the ingredients, the cheese dip came out in clumps looking like drywall mud, and the margaritas were $10 for 3 drinks from the straw. Between those three sips, they added maybe a half shot of tequila!

I don’t complain much, but I can definitely tell why on a Saturday at 1pm they have 15 people in the restaurant that seats 300 with a very nice outdoor patio!

Our server was super friendly, but not very observant. We asked for no salt on our margaritas, we got salt. We had to send the cheese dip back to be reheated, and we got zero waters for the table.

But the biggest thing of all….having 5-7 people going in and out of the kitchen with a swinging door that pounds the walls everytime it opens.

I’m sure they’re use to it, so they don’t even notice, but my suggestion, don’t sit anywhere near the kitchen!

Atmosphere was great, could be a 5 star place if they changed a few things. FYI that fajita handle cover does not protect you! Do NOT TOUCH THE HANDLE COVER! Learned...

The first thing I noticed was the festive dining area that was set up in an open area outside. After I entered and was greeted by the friendly wait staff I was offered my choice of dining inside or out on the covered porch like area. I chose outside since the weather was offering sunshine, blue skies, and gentle breezes. Only then did I realize the "porch" was about three steps above the main dining area floor. That usually presents a problem for someone in a wheelchair but I was pleasantly surprised to see a ramp that provided accessibility.

The lunch menu had a variety of items averaging $7.00 and I was happy to find the portions were reasonable, and the flavor good. I prefer my food to be hot but my serving was only luke warm which robbed some of the flavor and one of the stars.

The waiter was a tad anxious to take my order. After the third visit to the table in what seemed to be five minutes I just picked something chicken.

I almost took another star for this but wasn't certain it would be fair

I did like how neat and clean...

I brought my family to eat at Los Amigos a few weeks ago while we were staying at a hotel nearby. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our server was wonderful who had some great suggestions to suit everyone's taste, including my boys aged 10 and 12. While I enjoyed my tacos thoroughly, the highlight of the meal for me was the ginger margarita I ordered for myself, which is hands down the best I have ever tasted. We have since returned to Canada and I have tried to recreate the drink several times with mixed results. Would the owner of this fine establishment be so kind as to share the recipe with me, with a promise that we will return to Los Amigos for more margaritas and tacos the next time we are in town?

Amanjot our waiter didn't miss a beat on anything. The food was good but it's not authentic Mexican although the Mexican waiters were very very cute. The patio was a wonderful place to relax but the bees need to go. The chips were the bomb, the salsa had a nice flavor but it had no spice. The hot salsa had a lot of heat but not a lot of flavor. They need to have a third salsa with the heat and the flavor. I bought my son a vegetarian dinner he said it was wonderful and the chips were to die for. The guy next to me got a mail that would have fed me for a week. The ceviche was very good a little on the tart side though. If they were closer I would go back, and I still may make a trip.
