The smoothie are always fabulous, in my opinion!
However the drive-thru is subpar at best and the ten plus min wait just to hear a voiceis unacceptable, expect on the days that Morgan and Tye work. You need more than two people at a location that know how to hold mornings down or run the entire showfor that matter.
I have been coming to this location since it opened, in the early days you guys had a strong crew. What happened? Morgan is the only one left from the early days and she hasn't been made manager yet. Why? Seems strange to me, I have spent the better part of 20 years in the service industry and this isn't how you run a successful business.
I went from stopping here everyday, sometimes twice a day to maybe once or twice a week. If you do the math that is a big drop in sales. Now imagine you lost others like me? I am almost sure you have. I would love to see the right people put in the right positions Tye is also amazing and has great customer service skills.
My hope is that the district mangers can get this location a strong team again. I stop here out of convince and to support a local owned business. I can make a smoothie with better ingredients and for less money on my own. Would love to see a turn around on this place and soon. 🙏

The gentleman i talk too. He recognized my order and knew who i was . So then ask him if i could get new one. He was silent with long pause he said if bring old one back. What a disappointment that there wasn't any employees on the floor, but you definately HEARD them, but I yelled HELLO 4 times after standing there at the register for about 7 minutes! But it gets better, soon as I leave another 2 people come in a mother and daughter it seemed and and employee comes right out to service them! Now I don't know if I would be wrong too say this situation could be discriminating as I am African American and the pebble who got immediate service were caucasion, but I know the 4 smoothies I was going to purchase for myself and my 3 daughters will go to another establishment!
