I went with a friend and we took her service dog in training. We went there to train Gracie, but to also look at the wide range of dog toys. The staff were so kind when we asked if it was ok to bring her in. They love dogs and welcome them into the store with big arms. Gracie was very comfortable in the store. The staff was very respectful of Gracie doing her work that day, and Gracie left with 4 new dog toys. That she helped pick out herself. Gracie worked hard! People asked if she was friendly because she is a Pittie Staffie mix. Gracie is a big cuddle bug. Everyone wanted to pet her. Which is hard when she is concentrating on her job as a service dog. Read moreI had high hopes for this store’s move to Arborland, I was so wrong. This store is probably half the size of the old one with just as much stuff crammed in it. It’s so tight in there you can’t get carts down the narrow aisles. You can’t even stand in the same aisle with another shopper. I predict this will be a fatal move...

So while I have this tag in my hand they put a hold note on the peice for someone who may or may not even show up and refuse to sell the item to me while I am physically in the store with the tag in my hand before that hold note was even on the peice. So incredibly rude and...
