My wife and I visited a little bit of heaven called “The Milkshake Factory” on Saturday. They were not open for business yet, but left the front door unlocked so we walked in. There were probably a dozen employees learning how To make milk shakes the old fashion way. You see the Milkshake factory was started by Charlie and Orania who immigrated from Greece in 1914 in a Pittsburgh's neighborhood. They still make milkshakes the old fashion way except they offer about 30 different flavors today. They forced my wife and I to taste the shakes they were making. We had a banana fosters milk shake and a salted Carmel milkshake with crushed up pretzels. They were so good but we truly could not sample any more. We were bursting at the seams. They also make homemade chocolate candy. Free samples again. You to can visit heaven, here is their advertisement with their address .

Absolutely delicious chocolate barks and truly outstanding service. I really appreciated the special deal where you can mix and match three or six pieces. That made it easy to try a variety without overthinking it. The complimentary samples were a thoughtful touch and honestly sealed the deal for me. I had been hesitant, thinking the barks might be too sweet, but they were perfectly balanced and not overly sugary at all. The sweetest thing there, in fact, was the staff member helping us. They were so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even better. I am already looking forward to going back, and next time, I am definitely treating myself to one of their milkshakes. Oh, the S'mores was the best! So good!

The Milk Shake Factory in Ann Arbor offers a welcoming experience, thanks to the friendly girl who greets everyone warmly upon entering. The ambiance is cheerful and inviting, making it a pleasant spot to explore sweet treats. Sampling options are a thoughtful touch, allowing visitors to discover their favorites before purchasing. The marshmallows pop is a delightful mix of soft and sweet, while the dark chocolate pretzel offers the perfect balance of salty and rich. Both treats showcase quality ingredients and a knack for flavor. The staff’s friendliness enhances the overall experience. Definitely a must-visit for chocolate and dessert lovers in Ann Arbor!

My friend & I came here at 10:10, 50 minutes before they closed. As we pulled in, we saw a girl behind the counter throw her arms down and stomp as she looked outside and looked to be disappointed that a customer was coming to the open store. There was a male sweeping in the lobby as well. We sat in the car contemplating coming in at this point as it seemed we were already unwelcome. After being looked at continuously through the glass we decided to leave and go elsewhere. The male in the lobby was speaking to someone in the back while we were leaving (assuming the girl to let her know we were leaving), and waved to us with both hands as we left. Just disappointing as we have been to this establishment various times and typically have a good experience. It’s hard to give business when feeling unwelcome just by pulling in the...

The MilkShake Factory in Ann Arbor played a key role in making our recent Saline School Robotics Team fundraiser a tremendous success!

From the beginning, the management team was incredibly supportive—quickly coordinating everything needed to ensure the event ran smoothly. Their staff was warm, welcoming, and even provided us with space to showcase our robot and presentations, which created a fantastic experience for everyone who attended.

Most importantly, the treats were a hit! Everyone loved the delicious milkshakes and the impressive variety of freshly made chocolates. The cake pops, in particular, were a huge favorite among the kids!

We're truly grateful for The MilkShake Factory’s generosity and community spirit. Thanks to their support, our students are one step closer to reaching their goals at the upcoming...
