My family and I came here after dinner nearby. We are seriously disappointed. The service was fine, but the product was absolutely unacceptable and terribly overpriced. I ordered a cake cone and was told they only do two scoops as a size. I agreed, ordered the passion fruit and coconut mango scoops. I was asked by the young man if he could put it in a cup because the ice cream is too “crumbly”. I said ok. He then put two small scoops in a generic styrofoam cup and stuck a spoon in it. He then charged me $8 for the pleasure without the cone. The “ice cream” was flavorless, beyond crumbly and icy - it resembled home made ice pops grated into a cup. I threw it out. Wasted $8 plus tip. My loss is your gain. Skip it altogether and save yourself...
Read moreWe were driven to this location because of its central location. The flavor of the ice cream is really good! The things we didn’t love were the prices -$8 for a kids cone/cup. Flavors were basic, maybe 10 flavors? Both times we went the servers didn’t seem happy to be there. We went back a second time because the kids loved their ice cream :) suggestion to the business would be to either lean in to the ice cream business or to the upscale bakery business. I think you could do either very well, but you need more of one. If you are going to be a bakery, make bigger cakes & options there. If you are going to be an ice cream parlor, get more flavors, make it a really fun atmosphere, make your prices a little more...
Read moreI walked in hoping to fulfill my sweet tooth but I was met with a very unhappy face. She was blonde and pretty rude when I tried to order a specialty milkshake, cookies and creme. She said they were out and I was disappointed, why have it on the menu if it wasn’t available. I mean you can’t just take vanilla ice cream and cookie pieces and blend them?? Anyways I decided to get the birthday cake one instead and was also disappointed. I thought it would come with something like sprinkles and maybe whipped cream, but it was literally two little scoops of cake batter ice cream and then milk. SO much milk that it was not even a milkshake at that point :( literally ended up getting something else on...
