Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Annapolis

I visited Real Fruit Bubble Tea on August 31st at 6:55 p.m., order number 131. And I had the worst customer service experience ever.

The girl who was preparing my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. First of all, she ignored my order and started preparing other orders before mine, even though I had ordered earlier. It was very frustrating to see my time being wasted.

On top of that, I noticed water was left running the entire time, and she didn’t bother to close it — which is such a careless waste. Employees should at least be trained to manage resources responsibly.

Finally, when I politely asked her if she could mix everything with a spoon before sealing the lid, she gave me attitude and acted mean for no reason.

Overall, this was a terrible experience. Management really needs to train employees on customer service, proper order handling, and store responsibility. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless they make serious...

I’ve been here 5+ times and every visit has been spectacular. The nice lady is quiet but very helpful if you need any assistance or have any questions. She always makes a perfect smoothie or slush! Will continue...
