I don’t do reviews but come on. People have to hear of this. FYI if you have a half of a day to wait then come here. Waiting staff was very polite. We had to wait almost 1.45 hrs to get a 10 min breakfast plate. They had to refuse service to the new guests due to too many tickets in the cooking line. Tables all over us had no food and they had ordered way before us. On top of that staff still charged us 3/4 of bill to be settled. My wife had to threaten to leave and not pay if she couldn’t get a bill which was asked several times. I have been here before 3 years ago and it was the same issue’s and there was 3 people in the restaurant at that time but it still took over an hour plus to get breakfast. I forgot about that this time, but I will now remember. Food was horrible. Pancakes , dry. Eggs , dry and crispy. hash browns, none. Meat , dead twice again.. I’m trying to warn you . You wont like this place at all. I warned you if you go. Recommend find another place asap. I don’t know how this place stays open. Oh well! On top better places....

I decided to try this place for lunch today. It’s a charming little spot, but I can’t imagine going here if I used a walker or wheelchair, since the seating is quite cramped.
I was greeted by the waitress almost immediately—she was very kind and polite. I asked her for a recommendation between the hot beef and hot turkey, and she suggested the hot hamburger. I went with her suggestion.
When my meal arrived, it was steaming, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The hamburger was under-seasoned, and the gravy tasted like it came from a can. The potatoes looked like instant, though it was hard to tell since they were smothered in the same bland gravy. I suspect that ordering the hot beef or turkey would have resulted in canned gravy as well.
Since I work just a few blocks away, I was hoping for a satisfying lunch, but I left feeling pretty let down. I can’t speak to the other menu items, but I would advise against ordering any of the “hot”...

Ordered a coffee, OJ and Supreme omelet (eggs, cheese, sausage [kielbasa style] mushrooms and onions) served with a huge portion of griddle fried Hasbrowns and 2 slices of perfectly buttered whole wheat toast, for total of $15. I was only able to eat half the meal even with a hearty appetite- so I had breakfast for the next day as well. Service was as you would expect from a small town joint and the servers kept the coffee refills coming. My only complaint would be that the coffee was flavored (perhaps hazelnut or vanilla) which is not my preference as creamers can be provided for those wishing that variety. Also, there was no benedict option. Would recommend if you are in the area and are trying to get away from the typical Perkins/Dennys style...
