I was charged $109.31 for a juice on May 22, 2025. I called the store today at 9:20 AM There was one male and one female working. I called to asked to speak to a manager and was told that there is no manager on duty and “honestly, he is never really here ." According to the male employee on the phone. I then asked for the manager’s name and contact information. They told me that they could not give out the information. The young boy that I was speaking to was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. He rushed me off the phone and said he "had stuff to do." and hung up the phone . I called back and asked him for his name and he just hung up. I called back again. The female answered the phone and I asked her for her name. She refused to give me her name. I asked for the name of the male that I had just spoken to, she said that she could not give me his name or the manager's name or a telephone number or any way to resolve my inquiry. Then she hung up.
I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but their system was down and they asked that I tried to resolve the issue with the merchant first which is what I tried to do. It looks like I will just be disputing this with my credit card company. However, I would like for this to go on record that you have two rude staff members and I will never frequent your establishment ever again, and I will make sure that I tell everyone that I know about the service that was provided to me.
Update: I sent my husband(as a secret shopper) to the Apopka location because I was still too upset to go myself and he was able to get the name of the manager. I found this ironic because I was told that they could not give out that information. He also left his information for the manager to call him back which he did and was able to help us with our $100 refund.
I’m leaving the 1 star review because the staff is immature and inexperienced. They demonstrated poor customer service. They are dismissive, rude, and unprofessional and when I shared this with the manager he didn’t seem to care. This is a healthy option and having to wait until 9am to order makes me choose other options occasionally because it’s way too late to have breakfast. I hope they see this and take it into consideration!! Even opening at 8am would make a difference.

In September I was told that my card had to be taken because it was “the last month of the promotion”, even though the expiration on the card says October.
