Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Apple Valley

Okay, I will say that our server was friendly. She was nice. Service here is very slow though. I ordered the breakfast burger without cheese, I explained that I have an allergy to dairy, and all that. Okay, so after AWHILE the food comes out, the fries were cold, and my burger is sitting on the plate looking great except for the fact that it had only the top of the bun. The burger was assembled completely but sitting there with no bottom bun, how would you eat that? There was a slice of tomato where the bun was supposed to be. Okay, I asked if it was supposed to be like that, I was told no, and they would fix it. They bring it back, and obviously they just stuck a bun under it haphazardly, it no longer looked nice like it originally did, now it looks a little manhandled, and unseemly. The fries were clearly just thrown back in the oil for quick round two, and then returned to my plate. They were what you would expect from such a process. As I was about to take a bite of the burger, I noticed that there was a bit of cheese stuck on the bacon. Upon further inspection I found cheese on other things in there, as if it were placed on there and allowed to melt, and then a poor attempt to remove it was made by the cook. I have a serious reaction to dairy, and I would've gotten quite ill had I eaten even a speck of cheese. We told our server, and the manager came over, and offered me something else, but after a thing like that, I am literally frightened to eat something. Now, you would think that he would say that they were sorry, and there would be no charge, right? Nope. They still charged for half of the order, which was a $10 special. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in awhile, and I will surely not return, to this, or any Applebee's for that matter, I'm scared straight. The experience was very disappointing.. I am a faithful applebees customer i normally go to the one on Armagosa rd in victorville,ca and there my experience is wonderf the waiters and waitresses are very nice and attentive.. At this location on apple valley rd.. i really felt i was being racially profiled by the waitress i had. She was not so attentive to me but very attentive to the couple who was next to me that came in at least 20min after i was seated.. they got there drinks before me and my family and there food.. came out before mine as well Again they came in after i was seated and ordered drink and appetizers.. how is this possible.. also my husband and daughter food came out cold i had to wait another 15 min and then my food came out cold as well. Had to ask the waitress to locate my food mind u she came to my table twice and saw i still had no food but the couple that came in after i was seated and placed my order got there entire order hot and at the same time.. No but that is racist and wrong. To be done like this by another women of color is very irritating.. This really need to be addressed and as far as i am concerned i will never go to this location again.. I will not allow there racists behavior make me stop going to other applebee that do not have employees who act in this way.. So Veronica u should be ashamed of yourself.. Worst place ever!!!!!. Walked in at 5pm the wait for table was nice an short. Sat down waited for about 10 min a waitress comes says it's her 2 ND day she will be right with us. (No silverware at table) she came back said she has to pass us on to another waiter who will be with us. After another 20 min wait he came took our order 3 adults 1 toddler. We ordered appetizers after waiting another 15 mins I finally call the hostess to get us water an our appetizers. We waited another 30 min NO FOOD, our daughter was served her whole meal as myself an hubby an granddaughter were waiting for our food. Finally food came our granddaughter was very fussy due to the 1 hour or more for out food. My hubby an my dinner came bourbon street chicken an shrimp. COLD, our granddaughter food never came. We are interracial couple, the first waitress was Caucasian very sweet an nice, the gentleman they changed us to was African American. My family an I spent 2 hours for dinner. Very unhappy.
