Stopped at this location for dinner the other night and received a moldy sandwich. Reached out to the restaurant and the manager on duty offered to remake the food. Won’t do any good if I lost my appetite! I gave the restaurant a couple days to reach out after using the feedback system on their receipt and haven’t heard anything else. EIDT: The comment form that they linked in the response (4 days after the initial issue,) is the same one that I used to give the feedback initially. I think something like this should illicit something better than another automated response. EDIT 2: Finally got the initial apology in the mail (letter dated Aug 16, postmarked Aug 20th.) It took 9 days from the initial issue/filling out the form to write the letter, and 13 to get it postmarked. I won’t fault Arby’s for USPS taking their time, but am still appalled at how long it took for so little response.

Ordered the King's Hawaiian Fish Sandwich meal with Jalapeño Poppers online. I wanted ice tea, but they didn't have it available. I decided to get Lite Minute Maid Lemonade, but then they said they were out but no out of order sticker on the fountain. I don't drink soda any longer and didn't want anything too sugary. The team member gave me fresh lemonade, which was OK. I had to wait for the meal since the Jalapeño Poppers and Crinkle Fries were ready. I get to my table to eat, and the fries were not fresh but cold, the fish portion was not even warm and probably past holding time. The cheese couldn't even melt on the fish. This was not what I expected for my lunch today. Guess I should have traveled to my preferred Arby's in Rosemount where they know me and always make sure my food is fresh and hot.

Arby’s is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is terrific. I love the jalapeño poppers almost as much as I love my wife. The beef and cheddars are also delightful and delicious. Most of the roast beef, cheese, and signature sauce somehow never make it between the buns, but it’s still tasty as can be. If they keep practicing and one day actually achieve getting the sandwich ingredients inside of the sandwich where they belong, then this will be a five star establishment. Pro tip: even though you should be asking to join their payroll because you’ll end up making your own dinner when you eat here, be sure to always ask for a fork. And remember, the wonderful Arby’s taste is worth it every time, even if it is just separate ingredients smeared all over a tinfoil wrapper.

UPDATE 5/2025: We’re BACK!! Just yesterday I thought about the Potato Cakes and how I missed them, I thought perhaps there was a way I could find out who made them and order them directly. I had tried hash brown cakes from a retailer but they just weren’t the same. Upon looking them up, I found out Arby’s brought them back in February. Today I went and ordered them along with a roast beef sandwich (I haven’t been to Arby’s in over 3 years-see my original post below). The cakes are a little thinner than I remember, but figured that’s ok with shrinkflation and all. The roast beef tasted the same as I recall. 5 stars (up two for bringing them back). I’ll be returning again. LONG LIVE THE POTATO CAKE!

[Original Post 3 years or more ago] No potato cakes! Aargh! Arby’s has replaced their potato cakes with crinkle fries. If I wanted crinkle fries or any other normal fry, I’d go somewhere else. I’ve tolerated the roast beef sandwich because of the potato cake.

Sliders were a good idea: if you’re going to give me less meat, make the bun smaller. Presto a Slider! Regular Roast Beef comes in a fairly large bun. The larger sizes use the same bun. Regular should be in a smaller bun.

The food is great and the service at this location is on par with most fast food joints. On occasion they may get an order wrong. Hasn’t happened to me and I used to go there on a daily basis.

Sadly I hadn’t gone in awhile. During the pandemic I stayed mostly at home and cooked for myself. Fast food joints suffered my not going to them. I’m making up for lost time now... but Arby’s will have to continue on without me. As I drive by they’re still pretty busy, I guess the Sheep will keep eating there. I won’t until potato cakes come back (if they ever do).

Driving today I wanted to go and would have stood in line... except I remembered NO POTATO CAKES and...

Last sunday I went to the aldi's across the street and decided to get some food for the wife at home afterwards............. saw this arby's location outside but it was only drive thru........ puled my car through and i was saddened to see that they do not have the 2 for 6 gryos........... no matter...... i ordered a $3 reuben sandwich and a greek gryo with a shake........ food took a long time but there was a chap at the window who made it worth the while..... gave me the shake as soon as he could...... told me different jokes and was very polite and friendly............ i asked him his name and he told us that it was ali or something of that nature......... very good service. my wife seemed to very much enjoy the reuben sandwich and i myself had a very nice tasting gryo...... bread was a bit stale but i very much enjoyed the rest of it....... i am giving four stars only because of the long waits.... good food and great...

I had just been at the store picking up Groceries. It was raining, I was hungry and didn't want to cook. No I saw arby's across the street and thought oh I'll pick something up. I went into the drive-through and made my order and went to the window. As I was getting ready to pay I realized I left my purse in my trunk and it's pouring outside. I stayed at the window until the young man came to the window. As he started to hand me the pop I stopped him and told him I had left my purse in the trunk and with it raining and I was already wet and cold I wasn't going to get out and get it. I just wanted to let him know and not just drive off. Before I could leave the young man still gave me the soda. I was going to leave he again told me to wait and handed me the meal anyway. Again I gratefully thank him. I didn't catch his name I wish I had but I want him to know what a wonderful young man he is! Thank you...
