Sadly, all I can tell you about this place is that they have forty five varieties of donuts, but yet yet from the drive through, they can only name five of them. And from the drive through, there are zero pictures of the donuts of the forty five varieties of donuts that you can buy. This place is horrible. The donuts are horrible. The employees are horrible. None of them care about donuts. If you're looking for donut people, if you're looking for people that love donuts like donuts want to sell donuts know about donuts.Go to donut star. There's a bunch of them, and actually there's one not too far down the road from this particular dunkin' donuts. Don't waste your time at this dunkin' Donuts it's just garbage garbage garbage garbage and they Don't care about donuts. Umm DONUTSTAR is the way to go. That's Donutstar, go there instead! You're going to get squared away. They're very family friendly there By the way. But this dunkin' donuts they're not family friendly, They're not people without familys friendly, They're just straight up completely UNFRIENDLY. Put them on your never never never never never never never never never never never never never never never bucket list.
This picture is actually a picture of a different dunkin' donuts. The one by our house, you know, is is exactly the same, except they don't have that sign up, that says that If you want to get a dozen donuts, they're going to pick them themselves. Which is arguably even more horrible them picking donuts for you because they're too lazy, or they just refused to put a display up with the donuts for the drive through. So you don't, you don't actually get a choice. They just pick what they want You to get. But like I said, that's not the one that's at our house. The one around our house just is exactly the same as this, except without that little sign, saying that we're gonna pick pick the donuts for you, which is probably where ours is going next. They're probably going to that next. Where they'll say yeah, you know what? We're going to not only not tell you what donuts we have, We'll also if you want a dozen, we'll pick them for you so you don't get to choose any of their forty five varieties of donuts by yourself. They just pick what they have available and toss them in a bag for you....
Read moreNegative Zero Stars. By far the worst experience I have had in a long time. I placed the Munchkins bucket order on my app. I went in and was completely ignored for at least 10 minutes. At least acknowledge your customers and say you will be with them shortly even when it's busy. This was the worst poorly managed place, totally unorganized. The middle aged guy, I think may have been the manager finally asked my name. Took a while and gave me a drink. I said I didn't order a drink, he was rude and said yes your Cammy. I said no I'm Tammy and told him what I ordered, he started ruffling through the orders all over the counter and told me he needed my order #, another employee there found it, she was nice at least. He said we only have those two kind of munchkin doughnuts on top of the display case and there were flies on them! I said I just want to cancel my order at this point, there's files all over, ridiculous. He said you have to do it online and walked away. I left and now my bank was showing I was charged. I spent 25 min 47 seconds with Dunkin Corporate to be told the owner would be in contact in about 2 business days and I can discuss my refund with them! Seriously that is unacceptable. Why couldn't the manager at Dunkin just cancel my order or take down my information to give to the 'Owner' for a refund? I should have read the reviews before I ordered. My grandkids are coming over for the weekend so this was a spur of the moment decision I am regretting. Now when I see a Dunkin' Donuts I will never stop in at one again because of this one experience, different owners or not, you would think corporate could handle this better. It is still their app. I'm frustrated and would not...
Read moreI was there the other day to pick up a mobile order. No one acknowledged me for what seemed like several minutes, they were all in their own little bubble. There were other people waiting to order, who were just standing there, and no one acknowledged they were there, Even the owner, who was there five feet away, couldn't be bothered to look up from what he was doing. The other thing that was very noticeable was that no one was talking to each other. And there was no music playing, which is very noticeable, because it makes the place dead quiet. And it seems like none of them want to be there,
Now, I've been there times when the owner is not around, and it's a completely different atmosphere. People are talking to one another, there is music playing, and people at least seem like they don't hate their lives.
I don't know if the team members are afraid of the owners/management, but it seems that way, just based on what I've seen when the owners/management are around vs when they aren't around.
It also seems that the owners/management have little to no experience in customer service, and as a result the team members aren't trained on customer service skills (or receive very poor training) The owners/management should be leading by example, and they aren't.
Another thing I've noticed is that every time, I go in, it's completely different people working. This again, leads me to believe that the owners/management are bad, and again, based on my observations, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if they treat don't treat their employees very well. There is always going to be some turnover in a place like this, but they seem to have an excessive amount...
