La Michoacana Purepecha - Apple Valley — Restaurant in Apple Valley

My family went right when they opened, it's obvious they're still finishing up the decor/getting music up and running. Should be real cute once they get it finished.

We got a dish of M&M ice cream, a coffee and caramel shake, and one of the fruit popsicles. All of it was fantastic! They really went extra on the toppings for the shake, and the ice cream was great.

I think the highlight was the popsicles though. Really stood out, and is probably what we'll be returning for. The fruit popsicles were real fruit frozen in fruit puree, and the texture was divine.
