McDonald's — Restaurant in Appleton

I’m a delivery driver and frequent customer. Today I had a delivery pick up that wasn’t ready at suggested pick up time. So I placed an order for a sausage biscuit. On the order screen my personal order was after the pickup order to be processed. The order employee bagged and placed the order in the pickup order spot and called it out. I grab it. She instructs me to clear it on my phone and I told her that I did. She followed with threatened to report me.Although legally I didn’t have to do this, but I sat my phone down to show her that I did clear it. She then instructs me to clear it as leaving. I refused because she hadn’t handed me my personal bag of food and I wasn’t existing the business at that moment. She once again, threatened to report me. So I did and asked for a refund on my sandwich. She proceeded to hand me my sandwich and stated that they were cracking down on drivers placing orders during pick up. I told her I didn’t know that and as I left I called to confirm it with the company I work for and this is false. Beware delivery drivers or discrimination and managers taking advantage of their positions...

I brought my two little niece's on a Saturday morning for breakfast, 5 and 6 years old, they definitely agreed that they wanted to eat inside, so I let them pick the seats, "to them that's part of the fun"!, however, it ended up costing me extra money for 3 breakfast meals, because when ordering, either I worded it wrong?, or they might not have heard me correctly?, because when they rang me up, I did not get the value price for the 3 breakfast value meals, and it came to about 25$?, so I asked about the price as it seemed a little high?, for McDonald's,.. and then they explained that I didn't specify the value meals? "Darn it",...you would assume that a sharp cashier would have figured out that 3 big breakfast's, with drinks and hash browns, would have been value meals?, O-well, I don't get to take my two little niece's out for breakfast very often, but, other than that, we enjoyed our breakfast, and each other's company, and the kids still love going to McDonald's any chance they get, I still give it four stars, as it's a fun experience for the kids, they have the indoor playground, and the price is still...

Drive-thru employee was very rude. The person who took my order specifically told me to go to window 2. Because of the line ahead of me I ended up stopped right at the first window (where you normally pay) for a minute or so. There was a lady in that area but she was busy doing something else and never approached the window. I didn't think much about it since I was told to go to the other one anyway. When I got to the pick-up window, the girl working there asked if I paid at the first one. I told her no, nobody came to the window, plus I was told to come to this one. Without a word, she rolled her eyes at me, snapped my debit card out of my hand, and stomped over to a register. Then she practically threw the bag of food at me and slammed the window shut without saying a word. No thank you or anything! I was totally shocked! Even IF I misunderstood the person who told me to go to window 2, I was stopped at the first one for a long enough time that someone could easily have taken my payment there.
