Went in looking for a new, comfortable office chair. I found one, and the man who was helping me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!

Update 11/9/23- I had been in contact with the store manager because my chair developed an annoying squeak! I brought it back to have them look at it. Just like when you bring your car to a mechanic and it doesn't make the noise, the squeak was mysteriously gone. Kevin was great! He was so understanding and went above and beyond. Update as of 08/2025: I only purchased one chair and it has already out lived my past two chairs from Costco. This chair does not sink down as I sit or squeak as I lean back after a couple of years. This chair feels just as good as the day I purchased it. Do yourself a favor and buy a chair from this location. You will be not only saving your time and money, but also your back!

Emily was awesome to work with! She asked pointed questions to help get me into a new ergonomic chair and desk that best fit me. I had plenty of opportunities to sit in different chairs there and see a few options for sit/stand desks. She was super communicative throughout the whole process.
