We were beyond happy with our food and our server "Faith" was absolutely amazing not only was she pleasant to talk to but she went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs My husband is a big coffee drinker and she did her best to accommodate his needs by bringing plenty of half and half and sugar to the table and she also cut strawberries and bananas and placed them in the shape of a heart on my waffle with whipped cream which I thought was absolutely amazing as an adult made me feel a little young again and who doesn't need that every now and then. Not the best first impression for my family. They weren't very busy and still managed to mess up 2 out of 3 meals(breakfast). Eggs Benedict were so over cooked that it looked like a hard boiled egg once cut open, on the other dish the over medium eggs were way under cooked(whites were running off the yoke) and the side was wrong. Waitress knew they were wrong, didn’t apologize when we mentioned the mistakes and didn't offer to fix or replace them until moments before bring the check. At that point, why even bother! Manager is extremely unprofessional and called a competitor trash. Hot sauce bottle was filthy and clogged. The waitress unclogged the bottle. Even though I can’t prove it, I feel like she pushed the clog into the bottle and gave it back to me. Gross! Manager claimed the chicken fried steak and gravy was her recipe yet the gravy was nothing more than package gravy. Which is fine but don’t claim it’s the best and your recipe.
