Unfortunately, I will no longer be going to this wendys. We have consistently gotten wrong orders, missing food, always being told to pull around to the side door even if there was nobody in front and nobody behind(honestly don't have an issue with waiting but maybe they should add spots to the side to designate a waiting area instead of the door that is in the way of any line for the drive through) My previous visit i ordered on their app for pick up. Pulled up to the drive thru (2 cars in front) and was waiting for 30-45 minutes to get to the window. At the window, I was told they didn't have the cookies I ordered and was asked if I wanted a different item. I requested a refund. The girl said because I ordered online she wasnt able to do a refund. That she was sure there was a way but she didn't know how. So I'm slightly annoyed at this point but I go with replacement items I dont really want since im not getting my money back anyway. She hands me the bags of food and I go home thinking i have everything minus the cookies i ordered to find that they also didn't give me another of my items. My last visit, I ordered some burgers specified plain and dry at the intercom but noticed on my receipt at the window that it didn't say plain and dry. I mentioned it to the lady and then got hear her yell to the back "that last lady waited til the last minute to say plain and dry." And I have to pull to the door on the other side of the building to wait. Younger guy comes out with my order then proceeds to "warn" and argue with me that I should specify when I'm ordering instead of at the last minute because it's an inconvenience. Read moreI always have a great experience here, I understand there are days that things are neither in stock or need to be fixed. But everyone is friendly and helpful, the fries are always nice and hot. The different frosties are delish. Edited to say: Went this last Sunday to go out to eat since my son loves Wendy's. Get there and stand there to wait for over 10 minutes and no one comes up, there is 3 people in the drive thru seeming to one care about staying there. There is two what look like high school boys that look at us and just start laughing at together and whispering. Absolutely disrespectful, they were just standing around and not even doing anything but clearly refused to come take our order after one of the cooks tell them someone is waiting, the boy shook his head in refusal to serve us. A lady ends up coming from out back but heads out past us to go to a lady sitting at a table. Read moreI have had constant issues with this Wendy’s but as we all experience sometimes we just need to grab a quick bite to eat and be on our way. However this crew clearly does not value your time or your money. It’s shown repeatedly in the quality of service. My husband and I ordered a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger, proceeded to have us pull around to “wait on meat”. That’s fine, I get it. After about 5 minutes of waiting bags start coming out yet not a single one contained our order (which was placed ONLINE). They brought out 4 other cars food before my husband finally went in and stood there which forced them to make our order. This location needs a manager change and crew adjustment. Multiple employees looked to be high (moving very slow, slurring, complete lack of social awareness). Needless to say we will not be returning.
