Dunkin' — Restaurant in Arizona

This is hands down my family's favorite Dunkin' Donuts EVER. Very clean, chic with modern decor inside, staff is incredibly friendly and personable. My family always feels highly valued and are treated like royalty! Such excellent customer service consistently. The manager, Claudia Madison, is often present and working hard taking care of things, she is super friendly and personable, always making us feel welcome! Now on to the donuts, this location has the freshest, most delectable donuts every single time we visit. A favorite is the vanilla creme filled donut that has the softest powdered dough pastry surrounding rich, fluffy vanilla creme that is heavily stuffed inside. Bagels are also very delicious, the cream cheese is always fresh. A very roomy interior with many places to hang out, cool seating areas, reminiscent of a mid-century airport lounge! The people here are extremely poorly trained. They refuse to greet people, they refuse to be accommodating in any way, and they refuse to fill my coffee up past half the cup. When I order a LARGE coffee I expect to get a LARGE coffee not a medium coffee in a large cup. This marks the 3rd time they've done this and when asked about it they said "That's just how it is." Don't waste your time here there's a local spot 1 block away on Ruthraff that is AMAZING!

Oh and before the owner says "we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy this visit. We can assure you that over the last couple months that we have been open, we have improved in every possible area and would love to see you again soon to deliver the 5-star experience that you should expect from Dunkin."

Please try to take some accountability and move towards a change instead of continuing to copy and paste a canned response that does nothing to control...

I was very excited to visit the newly built Dunkin Donuts and get my first Iced Pumpkin Lattes of the season.

The coffee is always great, but the service was sub par. Multiple people, myself included, said thank you, said it was great, and gave decent tips. The employees said nothing and didn't even look up.

These employees just got this job and they act like they Haye being there already. It's either them or it's management and 99% of the time management makes or breaks a team.

I'll continue going to the Dunkin on cortaro because at least the people there are nice, polite, and actually say thank you.

I would give anything to work at Dunkin and you people act like it's the worst job ever. You should be thankful you even have a job, while the rest of us are constantly turned...
