Dunkin' — Restaurant in Arizona

This location opened late, was short staffed, and did not offer food at 5:42am due to a "printer malfunction". While on the phone with my husband I was explaining why they didnt offer breakfast. Simply put-- laziness. Nothing was prepared. Which is fine lol I wasn't even mad. I was just explaining that the line was really long to wait for no food-- especially if you have sugar issues like I do. Yet again not to the staff.

Melissa decided it was appropriate to mentioned 2 or 3 times that "if I didnt like it I could have just gotten out of line."

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I normally do not write reviews but the service was so poor I went out of my way to write this one. I ordered 4 drinks today, it took them 35 minutes from the time placed the order to produce the drinks. Two were black coffee. While I was waiting there for my order two different customers returned to complain about how terrible their coffee was! The employees did not know what they were doing. Which is forgivable. Place is a ripoff. Almost $9.00 for a medium coffee and bagel. Plus they had the gall to ask for a tip on the self order kiosk! The attitudes of the people behind the counter range from rude to apathetic. And they don't do mobile ordering or use the Dunkin app so forget about earning points or redeeming points for product.
