Not gonna lie. Other than friendly service, this whole experience was probably the most unpleasant fast food trip Iâve ever had. Itâs Fatherâs Day and unfortunately I wanted to give them a shot. First, we arrived and I had to head back home because their debit/credit card payment system is down. Second, their digital menus were completely broken. Third, all of their fountain drinks were stale/low on syrup (yes ALL). Fourth, FLIES⊠LOTS OF FLIES. Fifth, our lighting fixture didnât even have a bulb. Sixth, there were no plastic caps that fit our drinks, then they brought some out, THEN those didnât even fit, after telling the nice young lady she apologized and said they recently changed cups and those were the old lids, THEN she brought the new lids to us directly (nice staff as I said) BUT they still did not fit.. I just gave up, along with the two other families we that we laughed at the place about. SeventhâŠâŠâŠâŠ I got some jalapeño burger that just tasted like bread and whatever sauce it had, the streak pattys were literally tasteless. Eighth⊠the fries are small, hard, and stale.. almost as if they went across the street to the Walmart and bought a bag of Great Value frozen fries, left the bag open overnight, then cooked them in old cooking oil and served them to us. Ninth, the chili cheese dog took effort to bite through and tasted as if it was fermented in roach spray. Yes, this is the location on Hunt Highway and Gary rd in San Tan Valley. What a waste of $57 for 3 combos, one double cheeseburger, and a chili cheese dog. Should have just went to In and Out burger. Pass this place up for the love of everything Holy! Let me start by saying I love (love!) Freddy's... I bring my family here often. When friends are in town, I always bring them along, too! However, the last few visits haven't been as great as what we are used to. My most recent visit (11/9), I sat in the booth nearest the bathrooms. There were at least 20 dead flies in the windowsill. We told the cashier (Kaci) and she said she would "tell someone". She and the other girls up front stood around chatting for a while but nobody came to clean them up. About ten minutes later when our food was ready, we decided to clean the flies up ourselves rather than eat next to a bunch of dead bugs. I'm not sure why the flies are attracted to that section of the restaurant, but they are BAD! While we sat and ate, another 10+ flies landed on the window. They didn't seem to be as bad elsewhere but the other big booths were taken so we didn't move. The frustrating part was that the cashier didn't even care to get them cleaned up when she saw how gross it was and we told her about it. If they didn't know, it's one thing... but geez. Not the service or atmosphere we expect...

Was at the speaker ti order for nearly 5mins just seeing that persons had gestures it appeared they were annoyed with the time. I spent only a couple mins to order. After pulling forward again. Just one car ahead of me and there was literally 2 cars in the lot not parked where you'd expect customers to park but I'll assume they had customers due to the vehicles in the lot. Once the other car got to the window. From payment to the time they received there food was between 10 to 15 mins. Once I got to the window from payment was still another 5 mins until I received my order. I don't know how much staff was working. I'm not sure what all has changed as far as fast food service goes but this was just awful for time. I worked for a Freddy's in Colorado back in 2009 and we had 5 mins at most per order from the time it was placed to the time it had to be in the customers hands. Just doesn't make sense even during a busy rush for orders to be reaching the 20 min mark before making it out to the customer.
