Update on my Review, I did not have the best experience with a online order I placed for May 31st, so I called in and after that call it was clear my needs were not going to be addressed, however on June 3rd I received a call from a manager I had spoken with prior about my experience and Iâll be honest, I didnât know what to expect. But what happened next was completely unexpected in the best possible way! Chris began the conversation by acknowledging the frustration I must have felt and sincerely apologized for the poor quality of the food I received and how my concern was handled prior. He then did something that really stood out, he took full responsibility, no excuses, and expressed genuine remorse. He openly shared that he had just returned from the hospital after facing a serious health scare and that the store had been trying to do their best while he was out. But instead of using that as a reason to dismiss my concern, Chris made it clear that it wasn't my problem to bear and that my experience as a customer still mattered deeply. What truly impressed me was that Chris put all of his personal stress and challenges aside and even the disagreement we had prior, and stepped up to make things right. He spoke with humility, professionalism, and empathy. He explained that he was working on turning things around at the store, that changes were already being made, and that my feedback would be used constructively, not ignored. He offered a full refund for my order without hesitation and went out of his way to offer a reorder to restore my confidence. Chrisâs willingness to own the issue, apologize sincerely, and provide transparency about what had been happening behind the scenes completely shifted my perspective. Itâs rare to encounter that kind of honesty and leadership. I appreciated him taking the time to call me directly, especially when he clearly had a lot on his plate. He made me feel heard and respected, and that meant a lot. This experience turned out to be a powerful reminder that true customer service isnât about being perfect, itâs about accountability, humanity, and the willingness to make things right. Thank you, Chris, for showing that kind of leadership and making me feel valued as your customer. It made all the difference and I will continue wishing you well on...
Read moreWe had pizza around May at Hungry Howies. My order total was around 35.41. We had a good meal however now in July 2 months later my card was charged 21$ at Hungry Howies. I called my bank to have this removed and thinking I would just let the store know that maybe someone came in and used my card without authorization and possibly skimmed my card at the gas station I called. The lady on the phone was really rude and told me that from May to June they are charging everyoneâs cards because the orders did not go through. I let my bank know what you said as this is illegal and I will be getting the money back that you took. Also the total was completely wrong and I will never eat at your establishment again because you guys are committing an act of fraud. Here is my order total to show back in May 2025 And here is what I was charged today not even going to the restaurant at all as I was in casa grande and not San tan valley. Completely unacceptable and the customer service from the representative on the phone outing the store and letting me know that customers are being charged illegally from May and June is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Something like this can and will get you guys shut down and can turn into a class action lawsuit. You can be held accountable in a court of law for stealing someoneâs money and using their own personal bank card without authorization. You guys caused me to have to get a new card which I now have to wait for and cannot spend money. I also had to switch my direct deposit and luckily for you guys that I was able to do that as well. If I didnât have an awesome bank on my side I would definitely want to press legal action against...
Read moreWell now I'm confused roughly a month ago maybe less we had ordered the 17.99 deal for the two pizzas and the Howie bread we picked it up from the location since it's only half mile away from the house and get home and the Howie bread is doughy. And I dig the Howie bread I will eat the whole thing the family can eat the pizza the bread is mine it's so so disappointing. Sadly it's not the first time this has happened I mean granted the order was done super quick but once again it was doughy as we're the pies. Like I said not the first time this has happened. But I'm not one to complain you know I figured to happen once and don't even mention it it happens and it was done that time very quickly as well but second time I was suspect in the store when I picked it up but I figured it was a fluke and it should have trusted my gut. so we had called and we're supposed to get a credit for the whole order and here I am tonight attempting to order it and I was basically just told there's nothing in the system we can't help you. Now let's just say for instance if I had been bsing this which I'm not what's $18 I don't have time to play around with stuff like this I just wanted this problem rectified I thought I could have waited 6 months and my credit would still be there...
