Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Avondale

Have been going to this location quite often recently as it is close to my job. Always get the same smoothie every time I go there, has been consistently delicious for months. However, last weekend when I came to pick up my smoothie, it tasted noticeably different (not in a good way.) I hated the idea of being a difficult customer, but the smoothie tasted so bad that I went back in and told an employee about it. Said employee seemed quite annoyed about my complaint, first asking if I knew what was wrong with it (I couldn’t tell what was wrong based off taste, just that it tasted nasty) and then hesitantly asking if I wanted a new smoothie, as if that was the last thing they wanted to do. I opted to just see if re-blending it with more strawberries would help, so as to not waste the whole smoothie, and the employee did so with a very obvious fake smile on their face the whole time. Plus the smoothie was still horrible afterwards. The whole situation made me feel wrong for requesting that the drink I had just paid $10 for be made the way it always is. Smoothies are great, don't order the toasts. They don't toast the bread enough to hold the heavy ingredients on top of the slice. The bread needs more structural integrity which can be achieved if they actually toasted the bread slices.
