Stopped by to check out this new spot- Jason is extremely welcoming and informative about his business and the product. The shop smells like a freshly roasted coffee bean dream! Purchased loose Zambian med. roast beans, brought my own jar. The flavor is so rich and juicy- I can't wait to refill and try another roast soon! Beans are nice and oily, evenly roasted and full of flavor.

The shop hours are tough if you are working during the week, but fingers crossed there are some weekend pickup options in the future or alternatives using the website as this new business gets up and running! (Although shopping in person is an awesome experience itself!)

Creating small batches of roasts to brew your coffee at home. Very reasonably priced bags of beans. They sell whole beans, I forgot to ask if they could pre-grind but IMHO you should grind at home for maximum freshness.
