Captain D's — Restaurant in Arlington

My very first time here yesterday -01/28/25 with my grandparents (who have been there about a few times already) for lunch and I’m very impressed. I love the fact it’s very close to where I live. No more driving further distances. The food, it was very , very yummy and fresh . Not all restaurants honestly do it like this and I believe all restaurants should serve their food just the way this captain ds does.— hot and fresh. The staff there? Very friendly, atmosphere? Peaceful and welcoming. A small, sized dining room, perfect to dine in when there are seats available, to enjoy the experience even more. I ordered the 2 piece flounder meal, with okra and Mac and cheese. Very delicious! Fish was seasoned just right, okra, was perfectly done. I had lemonade for my drink— very fresh and just as good. I stopped by Captin D’s today to get food. This is my second time placing food at this location and customer service was horrible. I asked did they serve something similar to fried pickles and the young later answered with a smart mouth, “We don’t but sonic does”also that same server Whitney I watched her toss food over the counter to another employee for the car waiting in front of me. They are young kids playing over food. If this continues the establishment will be closed before it can start. Please a manager needs to deal...
