I just took out a Muscle Bowl and as soon as I asked my order the guy working there started having racist attitude for me that he picked from my accent that I am middle Eastern. I kept telling him respectfully I would like to order Muscle Bowl and he pretending he can’t hear me while the girl working with him had smirk on her face hearing me perfectly and I even asked her to help me but she ignored me. I had to guided him to print my order and read it and fill the bowl. He got upset and pretended that he had more work to do in the kitchen and left the bowl on the counter for 3 minutes. He was trying to give my order without sauce and I respectfully asked him please add sauce he rolled his eyes out of frustration like I asking too much to add sauce and I just kept cool to get my order and when I was leaving that guy kept staring at me with death look and freaking scary. I really feel discriminated, offended and don’t feel safe to go there. I wish i did not get the order because i paid with my credit card and he probably can find my information. Read moreI went with my daughter for lunch, she left her food on the table while we waited for the glasses to serve juice and someone who came in to pick up food stole my daughter's food to go, I told the manager the boy who came in stole the food from the table and he replied I already gave you the food, I told him I want another meal for my daughter, can't you see that the uber eats guy stole it from the table, he reluctantly gave me another meal, horrible customer service, my bowl was horrible the tomatoes and the chicken was really bad quality,the ice machine was dirty and then the employee come to my table and he told me that I didn’t pay the food, and I showed him my receipt and he steel with the bad service. These franchises should be monitored by the corporation. Unfortunately the employees seem to be doing a favor and they treat the customer badly without wanting to work and we are not to blame (they have job thanks to the fact that the clients go to eat there) I will never go there again that location! I ordered catering for 25 people about a year ago, and everything was perfect - the customer service, the delivery, the food quality, the portions, etc. Everything was really wonderful. Fast forward to this year (and because I had such a great experience the first time), I didn't think twice about ordering from them again for my 60-person event this past Saturday. I planned this event, so there were a lot of details to keep track of...and as such, I missed a big detail: I made a mistake on the date for the delivery. Needless to say, Patrick at Mezeh was AMAZING in helping me resolve my issue. He was calm, reassuring and truly went above and beyond to help me.
