I'll make it short and sweet,in detail as it was pretty sad how unfair I was treat. I was degraded and shoned down to zero. First I was upset and there's nothing wrong with being unhappy and no one should hassle you for it or persicute you on it,but it's exactly what happened.. at drive window they could not help me with a phone app,that's no prob. not everyone knows technology I don't expect anyone too really,it's just common sense to not expect this,but then they did add on a combo in which I never said anything about one,I said I wanted a kid's meal with the largest strip count you have but instead they threw in nuggets, and made it their own way,then added a combo for me and a lemonade half and half tea. Went back in at least to refil my lemonades,since they like to charge stuff I never agreed to. No repeat of ORDER was given,we should Never have to ask or beg for.. Then I said I was dissatisfied but it's ok, I'll keep it and then Manager,same lady ,comes flying to the counter from her drive window where we spoke at before , saying she's the boss no one else, (couldn't stress it enough so she made herself well known)and said no nothing is wrong, that I'm lying and I'm just a Karen want money and then talked about my phone and her personal beliefs, scolded me for being upset on them adding their own food items and her not knowing my app ,which is my thing if I was unhappy about it,(should have made me happy right there and then),added she said she didn't care if she's on social media with her demeanor and harsh attitude. I recorded for all to view so haa! Then asked for my money at that time. Never once made me happy.just mumbled,cross her arm's and sat back. I pray for her I really do. I feel that she feels bad for herself but it's not kind to treat young and old this way, just awful,gut wrenching to say the least. Anyone should quit their jobs if they hate it or hate work. I did tell her to try to diffuse her,that I worked for Chick-fil-A where customers always right,but not by her standards,she disagreed. She went on to disparage me from the start. I called sister store because young lady candy shut down and never was the boss or composed herself but stayed in her stubborn yet hasty position. She also screamed loudly to my phone saying hang up Susan ,it's nothing. Susan heard the noise. I like to Thank sublet in Arlington Texas for helping me in this time of need and managed both store's quite well ,where at one store no boss was available,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI pick up a salad at this Chick-fil-A. When I first got into the restaurant there was no one in the line. The young lady that seemed to be open she started looking away and she didnāt call me to help me. She was white . Iām black after a few minutes the black lady that I had seen outside taking food to another customer came back in and she called me to help me. Another customer came in and she was black too, she was with her little young daughter. Same black girl that served me help her too while the other lady that ignored me she still there. I ordered a salad and lady asked if I needed two dressings to go with the salad, I replied, āI only need oneā. She gave my receipt and waited for salad. It was not busy inside at all but I had to wait for a while. In fact another customer got tire of wait and went to those agents that were standing around and asked for his food. Anyway eventually I got the salad and went home. When I gave the salad to my wife, she got everything out of the bag. The dressing was not included. I Checked the receipt to make sure that the dressing was requested. Good enough the lady had included in order but whoever packed the salad didnāt not put in. Now I had two drive back 6.5 miles to get the dressing. When I got there I explained to gentleman what happened. He called the manager, I explain to her and I told her that I the dressing but what are you going to do for the inconvenience of having drive back 6.5 miles, I was supposed to pick son from school 10 mile on other side. She there was nothing she was going to do going but if I had brought the salad back she would given me another salad. I told her I donāt need another salad, I just need the dressing and how you going to compensate my time and gas. She said there was nothing she was going to do and not even Iām sorry....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad to call corporate. The "manager" Lesly or Lety, is a rude, Ill - mannered, troglodyte whose attitude belongs working the Night Shift at Jack in the box. I ordered curbside because I only have a 45 minute lunch. They marked my food as "done" but it wasn't even done. I had to walk in there and get it. What's the point of curbside if yall are not bringing me my food when you say someone is on their way. Ordered a hot coffee and they said it was still brewing. I asked the manager if an iced coffee would get me out the door faster. Manager eyerolled and said she'd up charge me if I got an iced coffee. I told the manager she's wrong for the wait and the inconvenience but okay? Then,the hot coffee magically appeared after I said it was an issue. I get to my car, they don't give me any creamer or sugar. I walk back in and ask for it. They give it to me with an attitude. I called the location on my way back to work to address the managers attitude problem. (Cuz we gon address it even when I'm on my lunch break) She cops a bigger attitude and claims she's the head boss and ain't no one above her. Refuses to give me the franchise heads name and number. Had to call corporate in order for them to cc the real manager. Whole interaction was unnecessary, whole attitude was unnecessary. It's fast food. Give me my food fast and it won't be a problem.? God forbid I have time to eat my food on my lunch break that's why I order ahead....
