Whataburger — Restaurant in Arlington

Okay first yes Whataburger was as always busy. I know first hand what it's like behind the headset at whataburger. I've worked with the company in three different stores however I never gave the attitude and the blatant disrespect my boyfriend and I received tonight. The girl on the head set was very rude. She wouldn't give my boyfriend his dr.pepper shake and when he asked about it she rudely said "she's making it. go park at B and u'll get it when she's done". We looked all over. There was no B so we parked and tried to go in .As Soon as we opened the door we were rudely told we weren't allowed in so my boyfriend let the door go. I opened it again and said there was no B while being told to get out then the girl with the headset brought our bag out the door with no recipt and no straw for my boyfriend s shake and no napkins. We parked at the online orders sections and the lady that outside came over and asked if had another order. I said no but we don't have a receipt a straw or napkins. She said the grill persons slip stapled to the bag was the receipt. That was not a real receipt but an order ticket for the grill cook. The whataburger we went to was off Polly web rd and little Rd. I tried to call and get their store number so I could fill out a survey. The girl who answered played dumb like she didn't know what I was talking about. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager yet couldn't tell me what the store number was. Never again will we Ever go back to that Whataburger. It amazes me they have any business at all with the rudest crew I've met in a long time. All should be fired or at the very least written up! Oh and the shakes we're sour. The onion rings were cold and the burgers must have been sitting there for hours. Horrible customer service and very rude people at Whataburger on Little Rd in...

I have been there twice this week.... the first time we went they were busy, it was dinner rush so I understand having a wait.... but not a 30 minute wait. Not only did we sit in line B for 30 minutes while line A was moving quickly, the staff didn’t even put our order in the system. They came up with a solution tho, they thought if they just scraped off the onions from someone else’s order and give it to us that we wouldn’t notice lol WRONG.

Then I went back to this location today and I was expecting the wait time to be high. So I pull up and I place my order once I get to the front of the line the lady tells me my total which matched the price listed and the one I was told at the order window. So she runs my card and gives me my receipt and my drink... ALL WRONG. I was charged for a meal that the person behind me ordered which was more than what I was supposed to pay and the drink was wrong. So I had to tell the lady what I ordered again, she went back inside for 5 minutes came back out with cold food and didn’t fix the charge on my card.

This place is absolutely worthless, the food is good but it’s aint that damn good that I want to wait 30 minutes for the wrong order...

Well I ordered in advance online for my favorite breakfast meal. I clicked on breakfast. Then i clicked on combo breakfast meal- Taquito. Clicked sausage and chose my coffee and clicked on qualapeno salsa and clicked add to order. I also went further down the menu and clicked burrito and added a single taquito. When I got there I was given a coffee and a bag with 2 taquitos only. After asking for napkins and salsa and noticing no hash browns so I asked for them. The lady who was trying to rush me ignored people at the cash register to explain that on my receipt said no hashbrowns! This lady took a whole 3-5 min trying to justify why I had no hashbrowns! Why does the online platform ask these questions if there is no affect. I also wanted to point out that when I do come to whataburger and get single taquito combo, I do end up with a small taquito, like the one in picture, that leaves me quite hungry and dissapointed. Across the street. They have a consistent burrito meal that has me happy every time. Just thought beneficial for what the right person would want to know about there business tech...
