I went to this location multiple times in the last couple weeks and got the worst service I have ever had in my life but on October 20th it was even worse! I recently downloaded the app for the first time and they were advertising a promo for a free two pieces chicken. I went through the drive in around 9:30pm were I told the young lady I had the free chicken promo on my phone ready to scan. She gets quite than tells me to pull up to the front, I get to the front & she tells me my manger doesn't allow us to do that anymore! Than ask for my phone for proof I give it to her than she keeps it for 3 minutes just to give it back & tells me we can't do it! I point outside to the billboard that advertise they do! She than tells me she didn't know it was out there. At that point I'm telling them they should honor what they have posted everywhere from receipts apps & outside the store. I ask for the young ladies name but they didn't want to give them to me. I ask for the manger who I seen in a white t-shirt but he refuses to talk to me. He tells the young ladies to tell me to buy something or move out the way! I'm telling them I'm trying to get my free chicken with my QR Code ready which doesn't tell me I half to buy anything with it. They have attitudes than put a cardboard box over the window so I couldn't talk to them anymore which is very disrespectful! The manger comes outside and takes the billboard off the pole immediately but never said anything to me! Than tells the young ladies to tell me if I don't move because a car order behind me that he is going to call the police! This is wrong on so many levels and anybody who reads this should never go to this location ever again! They don't honor anything they advertise & they seem not to care about the consumer at all! I called corporate last monday after the incident & she sent it to a higher up who called me the same day and told me he would talk to the store manager there about it & get back to me. A week has went by but I never got a call or update about anything, instead I called corporate again this morning because this is not right. You can go watch the surveillance showing proof of everything! Nobody should ever be treated like this & nobody should ever go to this location...
Read moreThis was one of the worst drive-thru experience that I have ever had. I wish that I could rate this Church’s location 0 stars. It started with my order being taken. The older gentleman wasn’t familiar with the menu and rudely questioned what I was ordering and where did I see it listed. The Texas 2pc Feast Combo for $10.99 was featured on the menu. I wanted to order 2 additional meals and he kept giving me the total after each meal even though I clearly said in the beginning that I was ordering 3 meals.
When I drove around to the window to pay, he spilled my strawberry soda everywhere and tried to hand it to me with red soda dripping from all sides. I politely asked him to wipe the cup so that I don’t get soda everywhere in my car. He acted really annoyed and huffed and puffed, slammed the window and then wiped the soda from my cup and the counter. When he handed me my food, I asked if everything was ok. He totally ignored me. There was absolutely no one in line in front of me or behind me so this wasn’t a busy night. In hindsight, I should have known that it wasn’t a good idea to come to a place that didn’t have any cars parked out front or in the drive-thru line.
I checked my order before I drove off and of course items were missing. When I notified him, he threw his hands up in disgust. His behavior was totally unbelievable! He took my order wrong and I asked for the fries and the pepper that I ordered. I said that I would pay for them. He gave my fries and said my pepper was in the bag. It wasn’t. When I told him, he handed me the pepper and balled up my receipt and handed it to me.
I have never experienced such poor service and rude treatment. I will NEVER go...

I pull up to the drive through and I’m asked to wait a sec while the employee completes the customers order. 5 mins go by and I ask if he can take my order he tell me to wait. Another 2 mins go by so I pull up to the window. I get to the window and ask the guy if he’s by himself he says yes so I blow off the fact he made me wait. I order the 3 pcs mix meal for $6.99 comes to $7.55 after tax. After I pay I see a sign advertising 3pcs led and thigh for $3.49 so I asked the guy to cancel my order and instead make it two of the specials and a small order of fries and I would pay the difference. He tell me the difference is $4.xx so I ask him how much is a small order of fries. He tells my 1.99. So I’m no math professor or anything but I know that tax of 2 dollars isn’t another $2. So I tell him to give me a receipt and to cancel the fries but I still wanted the chicken since I already paid for it. Then he tells me I owe him $11. At this point he is wanting me to leave because there was a customer behind me. I told him I wasn’t moving until I got my receipt and that I too am a customer. I have video of the employee yelling and screaming at me that the other female employee had to apologize for the male employees actions.
