Burger King — Restaurant in Mansfield

8/12/17: screwed up my order again, how o you interpret 3 double cheesburgers, plain, to mean extra pickle and mustard on all three! IDIOTS WORKING AT THIS LOCATION! This location is by far the worst BK in Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie area. Don't expect any to go order from the window to be correct. If you go before 9am expect to wait anywhere from 10-15 min at the window, even if there is nobody else in line. Food quality is always very very low, with near spoiled veggies and poorly made. I wanted to try out their new BBQ burger, and knew I should have gone to a different location but didn't feel like driving across town, got it and spent $6 for it and it had a spot of BBQ the size of a quarter, one onion, a stale bun and dry meat. It was inedible. Update 7/22/16 went to try out cheetomac things, of course they say they don't have them even though huge posters are all over the building. The other location on Cooper carries it. Went through the same thing when the Chicken Fries first came out. So we order regular menu items, the order at the window is still all messed up with items missing and wrong along with the overall quality very poor. I would have thought that with a year since our last visit being transpired that things might have improved but they are just as bad as they ever were. Update 7/31/2016: Called the store to see if they had gotten the Cheeto Mac things back in yet, as my kids wanted them and I didn't want to drive real fat for one... The Manager tells me they have been discontinued already. I call the one at 360 and Camp Wisdom and they say: No, we have them in stock right now and they haven't been discontinued bc they JUST came out. They said that the location on Matlock has quality and stock issues ALL the time. I believe it, for sure. Went and got some at 360 location. Update 5/7/17: Against my better judgment, I decided to try out this location again, as it has been almost a year since lady time I went there. Ordered 3 chicken fries, s yr steakhouse burger, fries, three double cheeseburgers meat and cheese only and large onion rings. OMG, in keeping with their tradition... entire order screwed up. Missing a chicken fries, 3 plain double cheeseburgers came out with everything on them. Chicken fries I got where old and stale and the onion rings where half done, still really cold. I just called them up and told them I wouldn't even be bothering to bring this order back to them as I am just going to contest the charge with my bank. All I have to do is take a picture of the screwed up food and my bank fights the charge. This location just has quality problems that WILL NEVER be fixed, I'm convinced. Stay AWAY from this...

Burger King, home of the Whopper, is located off Matlock and Debbie Ln serving the community with quick and fast burgers, fries, and tasty sides such as chicken fries, onion rings, and mozzarella cheese sticks. This location also has a huge indoor playground with slides and tunnels for the kids.

There is ample parking provided here as well as a drive-through. The many times I have been here, this place doesn't get too crowded, and the customer service is always on point. The staff and employees are very friendly and are eager to provide top customer service. They do a great job in progressive cooking and keeping your food hot and fresh. Every time I have been here, my food was always cooked to order and arranged and displayed nicely. The prices here are unbeatable as well as the quality of food being served. They have fountain drinks for your convenience as well as a ketchup dispenser. They never hold back when asking for condiments such as BBQ sauce, sweet and sour, and ranch. The restaurant is kept clean as well as their restrooms and play area. There are tables and chairs as well as booths inside the play area to sit at and enjoy your meal. The play area is nice to have for the kids to play in, especially in this Texas heat!

Service is so so for cashier friendliness, speed of service, accuracy of order, food temperature, and items being in the bag that were ordered. They never put a receipt on the bag or provide one when you pay so when you look in the bag when you get home and items are missing you can't be sure if they are missing and you paid for them or missing because they didn't ring them up. The order screen does not work either and so that doesn't help. I was missing an item today and since it was an expensive sandwich I went back this time from home. Though the cashier apologized when I asked for a drink for my troubles she seemed shocked.

update - 6 months later I have gone back a few times hoping things would get better and they are gotten worse. My last hope was seeing that the drive-thru (which usually is the only thing open) got a fancy upgrade with digital menu board. I figured the owner/corp was paying attention to this store enough to make these kinds of investments. The cashiers and speed still are average but the food is horrible. I have gone during lunch rush 11-12pm and dinner rush 5-7pm with no difference or increase in freshness. The Whopper which is supposed to be the signature item always seems like they made a bunch ahead of time and just put them in a warmer. The meat pale, bread mushy, and condiments like lettuce, soggy/wilted. They just need to shut this location down for a few weeks...
