I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed—especially since this is a newer location. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it was another negative experience.

This evening, we left our home to visit your store and spend our money, only to walk in and be completely ignored. There were over eight employees sitting in the lobby, and not one person greeted us. Instead, they just looked at us as if we were interrupting something. After a long, awkward pause, a young lady finally spoke up and informed us they were having a meeting.

I assumed someone would still take my order—after all, the door was unlocked, there was no sign indicating a meeting was in progress, and there was no notice that the store was temporarily closed. Instead, I was told they could take my order, but I’d “just have to wait.” When I asked if she was the manager, she said no and pointed to another woman holding a clipboard. However, this so-called manager never once acknowledged me or stepped in to handle the situation.

At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I’m sure the owner wouldn’t be too happy knowing customers are being treated this way. We ended up going across the street to Dutch Bros instead.

To make matters worse, as I was walking out, someone made a snarky comment, which prompted me to go back inside and emphasize just how rude they were.

As someone who has managed and run a business for over 13 years, my suggestion would be simple: if you’re holding a team meeting, lock the doors and put up a sign. Customers shouldn’t have to walk into a room full of employees who act inconvenienced by their presence. I truly hope the owners take this into consideration when hiring and training...
